Gabriel came out and did a wonderful job installing a new water heater. Took his time and was very though. He did a wonderful job. We have had nothing but excellent service from Honey Air from every person we have encountered. It’s a pleasure to be able to deal with a company you feel you can trust and who you know you will get excellent service from.

Service technician was on time, very professional, courteous, serviced and explained the maintenance procedures. He was meticulous with keeping our home clean and neat as he did his work. He even cleaned previous techs handprints from attic ceiling crawlspace. I would highly recommend this technician for service.

Had an issue with our hot water heater. Technician came out as scheduled. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable service technician was able to fix our issue and get our hot water running again. Highly recommend this company and will use them again.

They didn’t take any shortcuts and was very meticulous making sure that they performed top notch for their customers and that they did. They were all so easy to work with and making sure that they listen to customers needs & expectations and they all certainly did just that. They all made sure that they clean up and tidy up all the mess even though we told them it’s okay and that we’ll clean up all the minor mess but yet they all insisted they will do it. Every engagement I have had with Honey's Air and Solar has been stellar! Today was routine, but they have shown they will and do go above and beyond when they see an opportunity to.

Christian performed a diagnostic on our solar system and not only was he able to fix the issue, he explained in detail the steps he took, things to look out for, and informed us about other tools that would help to prevent the issue in the future. His explanations were very helpful, even to a layman. Absolutely recommend.

Tech Chris Hadley, that did the repairs was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He helped me set up my new thermostat, and walked me through how everything worked. I am very pleased with the service I received.

The install team was friendly, professional and did a great job. They left the house clean so you wouldn't even know they had been working all day. Love the new system.

This is our 8th year with our new central heat and air unit through Honey Air & Solar and still extremely satisfied with the over and beyond level of service. Wes has been our service tech and he's always a joy to see him, he's got 10 stars and above of customer support and people skills. Honey is so fortunate to have an employee like him.

Johnny was great. Very knowledgeable. Trustworthy. The three stars are more on Honey’s for making him bill me for six hours of work. I feel ripped off on the labor charge of $510 for less than an hour of work to install a warrantied motherboard. I know his hands are tied as far as billing but that is more expensive than most attorneys.

We had our water heater replaced. The salesman and the technician were great! Both very friendly. The price seemed a little steep, but after comparing prices, I found them to be comparable. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Sam did a great job servicing my furnace unit. He installed a new filter, that I purchased on my own. He explained everything he had done upon completing the service.
