Been with honey’s for many years now and very happy with their service.

The install techs, Brandon and Gabe were also wonderful, respectful, and enjoyable to be around.

I had a great experience with Johnny from Honeys Air & solar. He was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about my furnace, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He even managed to significantly decrease the noise level, which made a huge difference. On top of his technical skills, his customer service was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Just for fun, my air conditioner decided to go on the fritz late May. I had several companies come out and visit me for bids. After lots of research and questioning I went with the Lennox brand out of Costco, Honeys 🍯🐝Air and Solar!
The process went smoothly and all the paperwork was done in one afternoon at my home 🏡. The arrangement was made to replace the old unit on my roof for the 2 days following my surgery (6/11-6/12/25). The 3 workers were wonderful and carefully protected the inside of my home, my pets all while working in the attic! I did manage to catch a few pictures of the A/C lifted by the crane 🏗️ onto my roof! 🥺
So hard to believe that I have been in my new home for almost 25 years now!

Honey’s Air that I learned about through my Costco Membership is an incredible Company. I had an issue with my old air conditioning and heating system and they completely replaced it with a Lennox AC and furnace system. George Was the foreman and a perfectionist to details. His workers were Andrew and Jose were always professional. These guys cleaned up after their work and they were motivated to satisfy me as a customer. We had an excellent experience with Cencal Heating & Air! Judah came out to take care of our issue, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the next day. Judah's expertise and great attitude made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Cencal Heating & Air, and if you're lucky enough to have Judah as your technician, you're in great hands!

Cencal took care of all our ductwork issues by replacing nearly all of it. The guys who came out were super helpful and knowledgeable about the work. I felt safe with them there and they were extremely respectful throughout the entire project. I would recommend Cencal for any HVAC project you have!

Excellent service. The technician, Christian, was very punctual, professional, efficient and courteous. Also, Jason and the office staff are very courteous and efficient, quick responses to any requests and/or questions.

Miguel is very professional and friendly. I appreciate that he calls 10-15 minutes before coming. Having the service membership gives us peace of mind that our AC and heater will work well when we need them.

We love using Cencal and have never had an issue or problem. When installing our new unit years ago we interviewed and received quotes from 3 different companies and so glad we chose Cencal. The night before our install I even had a couple more questions before such a huge financial commitment so I called the after hours line and the on call technician was so accommodating and answered all of my questions. Since then we have our units serviced twice a year and every technician that comes out is just as friendly as the last one! The customer service is always awesome, even the ladies in the office are friendly when booking appointments. We highly recommend this company you won't be sorry.

Best HVAC company I’ve used to date . My A/C went out when it was 100 degrees out and they were at my house same day. Got 2 other quotes and they were not only the friendliest but the best priced as well. Highly recommend them. 10/10!!!

Cencal was always helpful and answered my questions. They were friendly and experienced and gave me the best advice and even educated me on how my equipment works. I trusted them to do a good job and they always cleaned up and left with a smile. I certainly recommend them for any hvac job.

I cashed about a ac unit blowing hot air. They came out the next morning, em did the diag and repair really fast and had us going that day. They even have us quotes for some upgrades and other services they provide with no pressure to buy. I've used them before, and ill continue to use them

We have used CenCal for many years at our residence and business. Our experience has been both preventative maintenance and the occasional repair. The staff is wonderful, they have always met their commitments and have never given me a reason to question their practices.

We have the gold membership for the past 3 years and appreciate all the honesty and preventative work and guidance our technician provides. They run provide estimates via email and never pressure you into buying items. The front desk ladies are also the nicest people you will ever talk to.

Ethan was prompt and courteous. He even called with a 20 minute arrival notice.

I've been using Cencal for over 12 years now. First it was a blown capacitor on the hottest day of the year, they made it out that afternoon. Two years later we had a leak, they got us up and running through the hot spell and when it was time for our whole system to be replaced Cencal did it. Not only was it a very competitive pricing they did the entire system right the first time.
