Today I had Judah at my house for a service call. He like all the others that have come to my house was extremely courteous and respectful. Even the girls I talk to on the phone have been kind and understanding about scheduling around My schedule. They are always clean and tidy, I purchased a service agreement in 2024 and I have not been sorry for one minute. . I highly recommend Cencal for your heating and cooling needs.

I had changed the capacitor my self holding that would fix the issue. It didn’t. Called my neighbor Jason and he set me up had I tec over here with in 4 hours. Kha I could see knew exactly what the problem was. He asked when last time I had sprayed the coils out. My bad along time I told him. He sprayed the coils out and reset the high limit button and it fired right up. I lucked out for now. Thank goodness. The inside of his van looked like a surgical center I’ve never seen tools and parts so organized. Great experience. 👍🇺🇸

They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of their products while inform you all of the steps required. From meeting with the sales rep to install workers to the office were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Cel Cal for your house comfort needs.

Our experience with Cencal Mechanical Heating and Air was remarkable from start to finish because it exceeded all of our expectations. Every person we came in contact with, from Marc, who estimated the job to Shawn, who drew out the job, to the crew who completed the job and finally to Leslie, who helped with all the forms and paperwork to pay for the work were professional, courteous, friendly, kind, efficient and grateful. The work was done quickly, neatly and cleanly by a crew who worked well together and who obviously knew what they were doing. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and left no mess behind when they were finished for the day.

I have no hesitation at all to recommend them for any future work they might be asked to do. All of our questions and concerns were answered clearly and promptly to our satisfaction and understanding.

They’re great. Every technician that has came has always been 100% professional and friendly. Today our technicians that came were knowledgeable and friendly. They put on indoor booties while they walked in and out of our home each time they went in and out. They took the time to explain the work and show me what they will be doing and how it went. I just had a QuietCool whole house fan installed. As usual, CenCal hit it out of the park with their communication and service! The process from estimate to install was seamless, and the installers were super courteous and did excellent work. CenCal is my go-to for sure!

Very friendly and professional, we were informed of the things which needed to be replaced or fixed. Also given recommendations on how to keep our system functioning and running properly.

I’ve been using this company for a while ( MARK IS THE GUY I SPOKE TOOO,BAD ATTITUDE, but unfortunately, I’ve realized they’ve been doing the bare minimum during maintenance. I recently discovered the rooftop unit had no filter installed inside it — even though there’s a dedicated slot for one.

Three months ago, I called to let them know I had already changed the indoor filters myself. I was just being courteous, thinking I was saving them time. Not once did they explain that the rooftop unit also needs a filter — or that I had options depending on the system’s static pressure and setup. That’s basic info any professional should offer.

What’s worse, when I had a second opinion done by a trusted HVAC tech, he found a large tear in the ductwork — something that likely had been there for years. This company had been called out before to check that very issue, and they failed to catch it. Why? Because they never performed a proper static pressure test or thorough inspection.

They just show up, do the bare minimum, and leave — but still charge full price every time. And in commercial service, they know most people won’t question it.

This kind of neglect doesn’t just waste money — it shortens your system’s lifespan and increases your long-term repair costs. Be careful. Ask the hard questions. Because unless you do, they won’t. LOOK ELSEWHERE
