Called me this morning after making an inquiry regarding a leak in our ceiling connected to the pipe in our attic attached to our unit on the roof. Sebastian and Luke came by swiftly in the afternoon same day to unclog it as well as give a detailed inspection of the unit and air duct issues. Needless to say they were very thorough, transparent and diligent about their work. I would highly recommend any homeowner for any HVAC assistance or repairs they may need! Thank you! 🙏🏼

My spouse and I were looking to replace our HVAC system of 24 years. We had some huge estimates and was strictly in the for a Lenox. Cencal was suggested by a competitor and Jason from Cencal visited. We presented our wants in terms of efficiency, variable speed, vocabulary of HVAC terms, multiple brands and options available including of all, price. Jason suggested Bosch and explained the system in depth and was willing to instal any system we desired. He gave us a telling product description and gave us influencing reasons to consider Bosch. There was no pressure just facts and comparisons (so many in terms to HVAC) that made compelling sense. He touched on all of our want’s including price. His team came next. Zach his chief installer and counter part Steve completed a thorough evaluation and need list to complete the job. One price, no additional cost for this system. After a 4 day lead time Zach’s team arrived and installed the Bosch IDS System, BOVA20, BMAC cased coil, BGH96 dual fuel air handler furnace, pure air purification with UV lighting system with additional IWave filtration and finishing with a 50 gallon water heater. Dang! So these just guys handled it! Great experience and I would recommend meeting Jason and his Cencal team.

Really professional, the secretary was wonderful. She knew exactly what she was talking about. The technician that came out was wonderful. He explained everything very nice very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes overall a great experience. We didn’t end up going with someone else because we found labor for cheaper. They were a little overpriced, but still an amazing company.

Very happy with the customer service provided from over the phone scheduling, to the technician servicing. Cristian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, easy to talk to and understanding. He was able to resolve the issue on the spot.

Bought a new system from them a couple years ago. I still pay for the semi annual maintenance program. No issues with unit and employees are always a pleasure to deal with when they do the home visits.

Cencal gave me excellent customer service. I called them to look at an aging air conditioner and they were able to give me advice how I should move forward while not pushing their own sales agenda. After an attempt to fix it, we both came to the conclusion it was finally time to replace. I decided to replace both heating and air as both were very old. They were friendly and professional gave great service. The job was finished sooner than I thought and we are very happy using the air conditioner at the end of summer and now using the heater this winter. They even gave us a lovely gift in appreciation of our business.
I will definitely use them soon for a water heater I'd like replaced. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Your employee was exceptionally nice and represented your company very well. He has been here before and remembers our family and our dog, which is always nice when he shows up. He wore his feet coverings and was very clean and careful when he went into the attic. We really enjoyed him a lot. He’s a good guy, keeping him.

Cencal is reliable and knowledgeable and we trust them for hep with our hvac. We’ve used them for a number of years and appreciate that the always provide transparency and options. I recommend their maintenance plan which includes cleanings and inspections twice a year plus discounts on repairs and parts.

We live in Ripon. We have been using CenCal for the past 5 years. They installed an entirely new HVAC system and have been performing biannual service for the system. Had an amazing experience working with Cencal. When replacing your complete AC system it becomes a long term investment. Not only is product quality important but who you choose to install it. Had some problems with my AC unit in my new to me house, and the gentleman from Williams came out on time as scheduled and was extremely courteous professional and thorough and now I know who my heating and AC people are from now on!!!
