Purchased a Bosch Heat Pump/ AC unit in 2023. The installation was a bit tricky and there have been a few issues with the unit since, but Dycus has always come out quickly and worked diligently each time to ensure the unit was working as it should and that I was happy with the result. Being a small business owner myself, service after the sale is paramount and Dycus excels in this area. The front office people and the techs are very professional and know their stuff. Very happy to write this review.

The owner of the company is super helpful and even came over himself to help figure out a humidity problem we were having. The employees doing the work have all been super friendly and very professional, and also very clean! I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for an honest, ethical, compassionate company.

He always has a solution to every situation and nothing seems to be too difficult for him. We had a manufacturing issue with our unit. Although getting the replacement part took a while (due to shipping delays because of hurricane), Dycus kept us informed each step of the way. Funny story. Was intending to call a different heating and Air company however misdialed and spoke with Dycus. They were able to come out same day surprisingly and were able to repair the issue at a very fair price. The service technician Doug was very professional and informative. We will definitely be calling Dycus in the future if needed. The best part is they showed up when they said they would and we received a text message right before their arrival.

Steve, the gentleman that came out to fix my air conditioner. He was very professional, very nice, just a pleasant person to be around. And he fixed my air conditioner very quickly. And it hasn’t ran this smooth and cool in years. Completely happy with every aspect. I would definitely use Dycus air-conditioning from now on.

Hired this company to replaced 2 of my ac units and install a tankless water heater. They sent 2 guys out and in 2 days the job was done! Cleanest install I’ve seen! Also great price. Units are amazing! Service next level! 5 ⭐️
