I saw the other positive reviews of this company and our AC went out so I thought I would give them a call to come out and take a look at our system. Had the pleasure of working with Ryan and they were a one stop shop with replacing the capacitor, fuse, and some coolant as well as cleaning the coils. AC unit was up and running in 45 minutes, Thank you again and the next time we need to have the unit serviced we will reach out

I had a great experience with Hometown. They were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed my problem, and the motor I needed was about two days lead time. As soon as they got the part they contacted me and came to install it that day, my AC is running great now.

The experience was as proficient without delay or problems. The office was able to coordinate with my tenant to have the service performed while they were home. The follow-up with pictures showed that I was very much in need of a tune-up. Most efficient company, thank you. About 3 years ago I use this company to give install a new heat pump HVAC system and it has been working flaws since then. Very much appreciate their professionalism and customer service.

Called Hometown on a Wednesday, promptly answered, took info and made an appointment for the next day. I don't live in Modesto I'm around 40 minutes away my technician Justin arrived Thursday professional prompt knew what he was doing. I wasn't sure my heater was blowing any air, he went on the roof (it was raining) assessed it, tested it, cleaned up a few areas that were a little corroded and then we tested the heater and it's working perfectly fine. I was really pleased with hometown and I would definitely consider using them again.

We had an excellent experience Hometown Heating during a snowstorm when our furnace stopped working. From start to finish, the service was outstanding- which is extremely important as our property is an AirBnB. The technician (Justin) arrived promptly despite the weather, was extremely polite and professional to the folks staying at the property, and took the time to call us and clearly explain what was wrong and how it would be fixed. He tested the furnace 3X after the repair to ensure it was working properly. We never felt rushed or talked down to, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting our heat back on as quickly and safely as possible.

In the middle of winter, that kind of reliability and customer care means everything. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating service—you won’t be disappointed.
