Dycus Heating and Air provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Brittany were very helpful in resolving issues and made sure to send technicians out in a timely manner. The technicians were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, a great experience- I highly recommend them!

Hometown….where do I even start? I requested a quote online for a brand new HVAC system, and Ryan got back to me via text that night. He came by the next day, looked at everything, sat with me for nearly an hour. Hometown is the ONLY company of the half dozen or so I had been in contact with that went over several different options for my new system, breaking down cost, efficiency, utilities over time, etc. I had had an absolutely AWFUL experience with a prior company and was admittedly skeptical, but he was disarming and answered all of my questions. I wrote a check for the deposit, he said his crew would be here two days later to start the work, they arrived on time and went straight to it. Justin and Tony were equally pleasant and informative, answered more questions, and were respectful of my home. And they gave my dog all the pets he could have asked for! Take it from me, they were amazing from start to finish and I’ll never go anywhere else! Very impressed

Hometown Heating and Air are amazing. They are very detailed, and great at communication, they answered all my question. I got my furnace replaced after years of not having a proper working one and they did it fast, efficient and in a very clean manner. This is definitely a company I recommend to everyone.

I’ve been using Ryan for 5 plus years for My HVAC system. He’s always on time, professional and is very knowledgeable. Ryan installed a brand new unit in my attic and it has been running great. Originally called them bc I screwed up and left the winter cover on my outdoor ac unit. Turned the system on and it quit working. I called them last night. Got a human on the line right away. Efficient and polite customer service. Fit me in the following day.

Got everything fixed without having to wait. He had everything needed with him on the van. I appreciated him taking the time to explain how it all works and everything he was doing. Learned a lot! Super nice about everything. Understood I was stressed about it all and was very reassuring.

Will continue to use Hometown in the future with no question. They have a regular service plan to keep on top of the heating and ac so I don’t have to worry about it or find someone to schedule when I actually remember to have the maintenance done. Again, price is reasonable and they do quality work. 👍

Excellent service…. Bryce really knew his stuff and was so informative in helping us w our old system to get it working and giving us info we needed. I’ve called them twice this summer. They are my go to company now for HVAC. Bryce is wonderful and I give him an A++++.

Mike came out on a Sunday to repair our AC unit. Our dog had chewed the wires. He was happy to help and explained everything he was doing. Very reasonable cost! Will absolutely recommend Hometown Heating and Air!

I did a search for someone to come out to fix my AC and found this company. They were able to come out within 24 hours and fix the issue quickly. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. Prices were great and offered lots of great tips. I will use them again if needed.

Extremely reliable. Great communication. Your are safe knowing the technician showing up to your home by a phone call you receive from Ryan and the technician Anthony when they are on their way. They were on time. Found and fixed the problem with our unit that other companies could not. From Jill being our first contact on the phone until Anthony that left my home. They were friendly, professional, and thorough. I would recommend Hometown to anyone needing their a/c unit fixed.

Technician was friendly, answered all questions, finished everything nicely and was neat... hard to ask for more. The folks at Hometown Heating and A/C really know what they are doing and prove it with the great work they do. ALSO... the City Inspector came out to review and release the work order... and he did something I have never experienced from a City Inspector, he went out of his way to compliment, annotate and verify the quality of the work, how he was pleasantly surprised and he was very impressed by the fit and finish, he didn't find even one anomaly... this is the first time I have had an Inspector toss out Gold Stars and Warm Fuzzies like this about a Contractor... Hometown got these because they earned it from a hard-nosed City Inspector no less.

Relocated my AC unit, as to pour concrete. The guys did a great job and were very professional. I'm glad I chose Hometown and would have them in the future.
