These guys have treated us so well. I received opinions from 2 big local companies, loves being one if them, advising that I needed a new unit. According to them, A leak was beyond repair, no cold flow… so I needed a new unit. My unit wasn’t even a decade old. We got a third opinion from Ryan and he hosed down our unit… which is standard to do in maintenance… and I had instant cold flow. Sure, there’s likely a small leak but he gave us an option versus trying to sell us a new unit. His team has continually gone above and beyond. Even today, their tech advised my water heater cap was missing.. always appreciate their visits!

My motor mount for my furnace broke and the service from everyone involved was excellent. I was extremely impressed by Tony and his experience and expertise was obvious giving me confidence to invest a significant amount of money. Highly recommended for any heating or cooling needs.

Justin came to my home as his last call due to the original technician not being able to come. He showed and explained what was happening with my heater, let me know the part that needs to be replaced, gave a timeline for when it will be available if it needs to be ordered, and gave me a quote on what the cost may be. He was very professional and cordial the entire time. Justin then followed up quickly with replacing the necessary part, explaining everything to me, and troubleshooting when he identified other issues. Justin really knows his stuff, and will go the extra mile to make sure he resolves every problem!

I recently contracted with Hometown Heating and Air to do my twice yearly servicing on my 2-1/2 year old HVAC system. The company who installed my system and had my service contract went out of business. I got ahold of the Bryant Customer care service to find a company who was a certified Dealer for this brand in my area. They sent me contact numbers. I chose Hometown because they were local, had the distributorship for Bryant and had great reviews.
Jill at Hometown said they were happy to take me on board and scheduled my first service with them today.

Ryan and his crew are friendly and professional. They installed a new system at a reasonable price and in a timely manor. Additionally, Ryan went above and beyond explaining the myriad of options available and ensured that we bought a system that was not only energy efficient, but a system that fit our needs best, and one that we could use as a tax write off.

I recently had a new issue with my older HVAC system, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Justin. From my initial call with Jill, their customer service was outstanding. The representative was incredibly polite, understanding, and helped me schedule a repair and free estimate for a replacement visit right away.

What truly impressed me was their swift technical service. The technician, Justin, arrived promptly as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. They were clearly knowledgeable and efficient, explaining the repair needed in a way I could easily understand. The fix was done promptly, and my HVAC system was back up and running perfectly in no time.

My air conditioner stopped working Friday night, I called Saturday morning for an appointment, got one for 3-5. The technician gave me a 30 minute notification and discussed the problem with me in advance and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I’m very happy to have the problem resolved so efficiently and effectively.

Justin was professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions completely. I know understand better how my HAC system works and how to care for it.

We had Anthony out to let us know what was wrong with our furnace and he was super nice and respectful. He ended up being the reason we went with this company. Ryan who I believe is the owner came out to install the part and he was also extremely professional and nice. They both made us feel really comfortable with the quote and work and we would recommend them to anyone needing heating/air work done!

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Did not service the AC unit properly then when they were supposed to come out between 4-6 PM called 15mins before hand to say nope not coming when I expressed this was imperative that they show up. Called today cause they were supposed to come out today and the "dispatcher" was especially rude. Use this company at your own risk!!

10/10 recommend. Ryan came out within 24 hours and had our AC back up and running in the same day. He helped us remain calm in what would have normally been a stressful time and provided quality work. Thank you Ryan! And thank you to Jill who was professional and kind in the scheduling of our appointment!
