The service I received from Yourk Heating & Air Conditioning Company has been very impressive! Highly recommended for all AC related issues. The technician arrived promptly on my residence as scheduled. He took the time to explain to me the whole process by communicating each step. He completed the job on time and made sure that everything is working properly before he left my residence. Overall, I'm fully satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism and competence. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and they are careful inside the house, protecting surfaces and cleaning up after.They did an amazing job start to finish.

Arrived at the time promised, and did a complete inspection, maintenance and cleaning of our heater. Communicated to us all that he did. Having your AC go out on a Saturday night, in the middle of a heat wave, is a nightmare! Yourke was one of only a few places that were open. Mike was wonderful! He came out within a few hrs of calling and had our AC up and running in less than 30 min! Highly recommended to anyone who wants fast, and good service! Thank you so much!!

I thought this company would do a good job, but that was my biggest mistake. Their system is broken, their staff is clueless, and most importantly, their customer service is nonexistent. When you need them, they disappear; if they do answer the phone, they just make false promises and keep delaying. My experience was beyond disappointing—wrong work, wasted time, and in the end, I had to pay someone else to fix their mess. I’ve never seen such an incompetent service before!

My AC broke over night on a Saturday on the hottest weekend of this summer so far😩 called this company right away and had someone out in less than an hour.
