I needed my New Furnace repaired as it was not producing heat & the labor warranty had just expired in Jan, unbeknownst to me. however, the manufacturer warranty was in effect, so I contacted A L Affordable Air & Heat & spoke with Leonard, who works with my manufacturer & he sent a technician (Vladimir) close to my area. First off, let me say how kind hearted and pleasant Vladimir was. He diagnosed & explained what the issue was & he ordered my part. He came the very next day to install it, checked to make sure it was running properly, assisted me with operating my Nest and finished in a timely manner. Thank you (& his assistant I think his name was Cory). I now have my heat back for these cool nights. I highly recommend A L & will be using them for my Furnace and AC tune-up!

My warranty dispatched this company. I was super happy with them. My ac had completely quit. They came out today’s after I made the work order( usually I don’t get help in less than a week with the warranty company), he replaced my fuses and cleaned it . It worked for two hours and quit. They came back the next morning and replaced my motor! Would recommend this ac company to all.

Vladimir the technician was very respectful person and friendly I recommend this company I got them through American Home Shield so all I had to pay was my deductible.

We haven’t got our furnace serviced since we moved in 15 years ago we had the igniter changed two years ago which was from the same heating and air conditioning company so I told my husband we gotta get our furnace checked with a tuneup. We thank you for Good people 👍🏽👍🏽

This company was dispatched by my home warranty. Technician was on time, actually arrived well ahead of the projected window (1:00-3:00) he was here at 1:28! Took care of the issue shortly after arriving. The price I listed was for the call out fee. Would definitely use them again!

Our technician was great, but my system is less than 5 yrs old and should’ve been under warranty with York. The last company didn’t register it and now York is saying it’s not under warranty. That makes this 100% out of pocket for me. Wasn’t my fault this happened and York should stand behind their products. If there is anything you can do on your end and put pressure on York to stand behind their product for a customer.
