Roy did a quick and outstanding job in fixing and replacing the air conditioners throughout the house. He was very informative and I would recommend him to anyone.

I’m helping my dad with some repairs around his house and when I asked about his HVAC system he mentioned that the company the was doing regular service on it stoped coming to his house because he lived too far outside of the city. In looking for a new vendor Derek Sawyer’s came to the top of the list. I scheduled an appointment and the sent out an extremely knowledgeable technician, Arielle. She was up in the attic testing the air handling unit and changing filters, and spent the time to take the guards off of the condenser because so much buildup was on the fins. Arielle rocked it, and we signed up for the subscription service for my dad. Great results from Derek Sawyer’s!

My A/C wasn’t working called Derek Sawyer A/C and Furnace repair, they came out the next day. The customer service was awesome !! My Technician was Arielle , She was Friendly and knowledgable, great service. Her Manager was onsite also . Great group people. Would definitely recommend them. 100%

This was a regular maintenance visit. Cameron did a great job explaining couple of minor issues he found and how he resolved them. He also went above and beyond to report that one of the doors to my heating system was missing and helped me with those pictures. I reached out to my builder to get that fixed. Without Cameron reporting I would'nt have found out maybe for years!. Excellent job done and will highly recommend Cameron and his entire team. Keep up the great work!

Ahhmazing job! They sold us a brand new Lennox at an obscenely reasonable price, replaced all the ducts, modified the return from wall to ceiling, and added a vent in the kitchen. They were here at 8 and done by 3. No hidden costs...So professional! Left not one bit of mess. They ALL went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. From the office people to each of the workers. Even our neighbors were impressed!I would highly recommend!! Thank you Sean, Issac, and all of you at Derek Sawyer's. Be on the lookout for an air purifier....😉 Also Mario was so nice to come out later to troubleshoot some issues with vent. They're always ready to do their best to make the customer satisfied.

Amazing services, delivered quickly, next day in my case. had my old HVAC system removed and replaced by a state of the art heat pump system. It's been amazing so far and I'm only on day 3. That's right they installed it the day before Thanksgiving.

Tech showed up after missing me first 2 appointments. Diagnosed the problem and then said it was going to cost me around $1800.00 to replace a $200.00 part. That is about one third of the cost for what I paid them 10yrs ago for them to replace the whole unit with a new air conditioner/heater. Paid him for the call $60.00 and was not offered a receipt. I think if I had not stopped him when I did to see if the part was in stock he would have continued to disassemble the unit. He was not sure that they had the part.

I was impressed with the technician, Mario, who worked on my furnace. Mario quickly identified the root cause of the problem with my furnace. He went the extra mile and was able to get the needed part and install it on the same day. I will be requesting Mario to perform all future work on my furnace.

Our Technician Roy Bitz was awesome! Punctual and knowledgeable with the kind of furnace system we had. Learned so much from him! He was very patient in answering questions and, very thorough in his explanations. Thank you!

Shaun was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately he was not able to do much for me because I need a new system he said but l am not able to financially at this time.
I didn't have to pay anything because it was my yearly check up.

We were having a problem with our newly installed HVAC system. They sent over their technician, Mario Vega. He found the problem and fixed it and we are so happy. now I know the heating system is working properly, which will intern give us some great savings. He did a very excellent job and was very knowledgeable. Thank you, Mario.

Scheduled 8:00-12:00 service and no one arrived until after 2:00pm without a call to advise of delay. The service technician was knowledgeable and professional which is more than we can say for the phone service operators. He did fix the thermostat in less than half hour.

We have been using Derek Sawyer's for a few years now and have been completely happy with their work. Our heater stopped working on a Sunday and we called and they got a tech out within 24 hours. Our tech Tony was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly repaired our unit.

Tim, did a great job check out the unit and going over things that need attention. Looking forward to seeing Tim every 6 months for maintenance.

Isaac Martinez came to my house to do a furnace review. He was not only very professional, but courteous and besides doing a thorough job on the review, he was kind enough to replace both my furnace filters for me. I highly recommend him!
