Worst place ever. Paid cash for parts when I returned what I didn’t need they would only give store credit. They basically made me keep the product because I will never spend another penny in that place.

Don and his staff have always treated our guys like family! Us Air Conditioning in Modesto is our go to store for the majority of what we do. Love those guys.

We were in search of a part that no one seemed to have in current stock except here. They were courteous, very helpful, and even though I was the one picking it up and wasn't sure what I was fully getting, they made sure it was correct. I appreciated their good, helpful, and friendly service!

Needed a part came 7am at open for two workers to tell me they tested positive for covid 10 seconds past 7 and no one would open for a hour in 2023. We waited parked 10mins before 7am and the guys let us wait(as they noticed us parked in work vehicle) and it hits 7 and we walk to the door, it was locked, then we walked to the other door to which the guys standing outside their truck tell us they just tested positive for covid and they were rude. Dont plan to come here and plan your day around it. Just head to slakeys. Thanks for the reply from owner. Updated my review upon reading.

Walked in and was Greeted by a tall knowledgeable man at the end of the counter towards the warehouse.

Helped me out with exactly what I needed and sent me on my way.

I have used them twice now when my heater & ac have gone out. They are super quick to respond & excellent with customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is a great company. Customer service, quality of work / materials and overall experience rates 5 stars. I'm glad I called them after a friend at work gave them two thumbs up for work they did at his place.

Our AC stopped working, and Leonard came out and had it running by 9am the next morning. This is the second time we have used this company and will continue to use them for all of our AC needs. They are fast, reasonable, professional, and fair. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

UPDATE: The AC was not working properly after the first repair, and these guys came out two more times within a few days until it was fixed, at no additional charge. I really appreciate their attentiveness to the extreme temperatures and their quick response to getting it working again. We will continue to call this company with any further problems. Thank you!

7/3/2024 UPDATE: Our AC went out again during a miserable heat wave, and these guys squeezed me in and quickly fixed it. They had to replace a capacitor. I really appreciate the honesty, quality work, and great communication of this company. I will always call these guys for AC help.

9/24/25 UPDATE: Another great encounter with the company. Had a wiring issue with our AC, and Vladimir fixed it quickly. We will always call this company first. Thank you!

Vladimir from A L Affordable Air & Heat did a great job repairing my heating unit, he arrived on the time we agreed to, was patient and explained in layman's term what was going on with the unit and what needed replacing, had needed parts on his truck and even replaced the broken thermostat. Even did business the old way with a handshake (which is very rare in this day and age) us old timers appreciate the way service and business used to be done. House is nice and warm now. I definitely look to do business with for future heating issues.

This is the best A/C-Heating company in the business. Leonard was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem quick . He is a true professional at what he does. I will be using this company going forward for all of my A/C-Heating issues.

We put in a claim with our home warranty, and we were contacted by A L the same day. We were serviced the very next day. Vladimir was prompt and polite. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had a replacement part in his van. He went above and beyond by offering us a maintenance as well.

Vladimir from AL Affordable arrived promptly when scheduled. Professional and thorough, he systematically checked my HVAC components. He not only addressed the issue that I had called about, but was able to fix other issues he found during his call. He and his assistant were kind and considerate throughout the call. I will definitely call them again if the need arises.
