After being told we’d have to have the whole unit replaced A L Affordable came in and was able to get the part nobody else could. Within the week we had parts ordered and on the way. Will most definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

These guys are great. They’re the only ones I call for heating and air conditioning.
They respond quickly and will come back several times till you figure out what exactly is going on (we needed an electrician to come out twice) . I live out of state now and recently called for my mother‘s house and Leonard was there the same day .

Great service, explained and showed me the problem with my A/C unit. Fixed the problems and add refrigerant to the unit. They also recommend to service every year because the unit is old and has a small leak. Great experience and service, thank you

AL Affordable A/C and heating is very affordable. They do excellent work and came out the day we called. Daniel the technician was very friendly. He explained what was wrong and what needed done. He got the part and fixed our A/C. I would recommend them to anyone.

Vladimir from A L Affordable Air & Heat Inc came out to our home for an America Home Shield warranty service on our AC. Turned out to be a blown fuse (which I could have replaced myself). Vladimir could have easily just replaced the 1(of 2) fuse and called it a day but he didn't, he replaced both fuses since they looked like the original fuses installed from the late1970's. He also opened up the AC unit to make sure there was nothing causing the fuses to blow. He cleaned the condenser coils, turned the unit on and checked the freon levels.
I appreciate the extra work.
The other positive was I put in the request through the American Home Shield's online system at 5:40pm on a Thursday not expecting to get a response from the company until Friday maybe Monday. I received a phone call at 5:50pm the same day and we scheduled the appointment between 9:00 am and 10:00 am the next day. Amazing!

The service engineer who evaluated the system, performed a thorough analysis of the HVAC system and concluded the system was operating properly without any issues. He also informed me that I have 30 days in which I can have the system re-evaluated should I hear the grinding noise again.
