The service us outstanding. It took 48 hours from the initial phone call to the estimate to the installation of my new HVAC. They are professional, dedicated to family, and stand by their word. I totally recommend if you want no hassle and straightforward service.

Judah J. was awesome!!!! He was professional, patient, and detailed in describing what he was doing. He also suggested I use my circulating fan when heat/cooling was not in use since I also have the Air Scrubber and suffer from allergies. I plan to request him whenever I need Sawyer’s service.

I had Shaun as my technician and he was great. He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed my furnace quickly and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend Derek Sawyer Heat and Air and hire them again.

Home depot was doing a promotion for heater tune up. Glad I tried out Derek Sawyers Heating, Furnace and AC. Judah, the tech was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very polite. He replaced a bad capacitor, which will save me money in the long run. I will probably hire them again for the summer AC tune up.

Roy is very professional, knows his job really well and shows so much patience in diagnostic and repairing our AC unit. He explains the problem in a manner we understand and gave us chance to decide on how we want to proceed. We got Excellent service from Roy! We would definitely request for him if we ever need AC service again.

Roy Bitz was our technician that came out today to service our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was also punctual. He provided us with future advice for maintenance.

Judah came by this morning to do our furnace maintenance. I just wanna say since signing up this summer with Home Depot we have been very happy with all of the service so far. We decided to sign up for the monthly membership. For once the company called me to ask if I was ready for the furnace maintenance instead of me having to call Which is a wonderful change. Customer service is not what it used to be in this company so far has exceeded our expectations. Our service in the summer to our AC went great and everyone I’ve spoken to in the office are also friendly and professional. Judah also called me this morning to make sure I knew when he was on the way. Highly recommend this company.

Adan did an outstanding job with our furnace tune-up. He performed a very thorough review of the entire setup and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was how he showed us pictures to walk through the current condition of the system, which made it easy to understand what was going on. Adan was extremely honest and transparent, clearly distinguishing between items that needed immediate attention and those that could be planned for in the future. There was absolutely no pressure—just thoughtful, professional guidance. Highly recommend Adan for his expertise, integrity, and attention to detail.

Our technician was Tony Soto, he was really knowledgeable it only cost about 59$ and helped us understand our heating unit and fixed it very fast! Gave us useful information on how to take care of the system to make it last longer 😀 really knows his stuff and went above and beyond for such a modest price! Very satisfied

Highly recommend this service! Mario Vega was the technician that inspected our AC and helped us out. He found that our AC unit was SO clogged but he got us all cleaned up and taken care of! He even checked the electrical work to make sure it was okay. The air is blowing way cooler now :)

I had a great experience with Sawyer’s and really want to recognize the excellent communication and customer service I received. Field Manager Josh Pett and dispatcher Richie Tran did an amazing job coordinating everything and keeping me updated while working to get a technician out to repair my HVAC system.

I know their technician was incredibly busy, but they still made sure someone arrived at my home before the end of the day, which I truly appreciated. That level of effort and follow-through made a stressful situation so much easier.

Everyone was professional, responsive, and clearly cared about getting my system repaired as quickly as possible. It’s rare to see this level of teamwork and communication anymore.

The technician was great. We had a little miscommunication regarding the unit and the pad placement, but it was figured out. This morning, I see that the unit is leaking. Is that normal. Having some BIG delays on getting my Rebate paperwork. Run Around. Was called by an AI bot. Sigh...

I had an A/C service call 9-3-2025 and Mario Vega was the technician that showed up. Mario is the best service tech I have ever met and he is the example that other techs at his company should follow! The "radiator" was so packed with dirt that the unit would not run, protecting the fan motor from burning up. The unit (rooftop) was installed June 2021 and never has been cleaned (see photos). What did the other techs do for my twice a year $80 service fee? Certainly not clean it! Anyway, Mario did as well as check everything else and also ordered a new fan motor that is leaking grease or other lubricant. I recommend asking for Mario Vega if you need service from Derek Sawyer's.

Our old HVAC broke down and has to be replaced. I went to Home Depot to get a quote and Home Depot sent Joanne from Derek Sawyer Heating and Cooling. She was really courteous and knowledgeable I asked about the best system I can get that I can afford. I was able to get a good deal. Today they sent Isaac Martinez and his team to install the unit. They very prompt. They were able to install the unit. They went extra mile by cleaning and fixing some minor issues in the location of my indoor unit as well as fixing the air duct. Isaac also explain on how to maximize and save energy using my unit. He was exemplary knowledgeable with his job. You can tell it is a fruit from the experience he gained over the years. So far I am very satisfied with the people I worked with and the units i got. Will update again. Thank you Joanne and Isaac.
