We had an issue with our A/C Unit. I called Bailey’s and they sent a technician out. He troubleshooted, found the issue and ordered the part. RJ Nava returned with the part, was very friendly and replaced it under the estimated time he estimated!

Very knowledgeable and nice. They found the problem and we needed to just buy a new unit. Honestly, the only reason we didn’t get AC installed was due to price.

We are so happy with the great service provided!! Our very old air conditioner was not working even after we put in a new thermostat. Our technician D'Andre came out & thoroughly went through every possibility to diagnose what was wrong, called for back up & went to work. He didn't leave until our unit was working beautifully. Thank you so much for your perseverance, expertise, professionalism & great customer service!! We are now enjoying the very nice feeling of very cold air keeping us cool in this heat, thanks to Bailey's Air Heroes!!

Fantastic service. Technician (Carlos) knew where to check to find the issue. He quickly found the problem, showed me the damaged part (caused by an electrocuted bug), and replaced it in no time. The office even looked up my warranty coverage!

Repaired my A/C by 3:45 pm 👍🏽 and now we are up and running after 4 days of restless nights for our family and fur babies 🐶🐩 thanks to Bailey's prompt attention to customer service and professionalism and excellent repair services, they were in and out in NO TIME. RJ completed a quick repair for us during this hot time of the year. As usual, we have always been happy with the service Bailey’s has given us.

We ordered a custom hood to go over our stove and Bailey’s took on the task. It was a large heavy unit, but they secured it safely and it works great. The gentleman that came out were exceptional and the installation was very fair price. And I thought they just did Heating and Air Conditioning?

Bob from Bailey’s came out to evaluate our heating and cooling system. I’ve asked for a quote on replacing our air conditioning and furnace with a more efficient heat pump system. He took the time to explain the different options available your performance and measures everything involved. You send Bob out here before to service our unit and one time to do a repair, very intelligent man always troubleshoot and make sure that the repair is fixed and at a reasonable price. He will send his bid soon. I have great Faith and Bailey’s‘s air-conditioning and will continue to work with them.!

Bailey’s Heating & Air are truly the Air Heroes! We got bids from 4 companies with multiple options and Bailey’s was by far the most up front, comprehensive bid at a great price. But most importantly they did what their contract promised. This was not some like-for-like change out. It was a major upgrade from “gas packaged unit” to a 2-stage heat pump with air handler and ductwork modifications that beat the price of others offering a simple change out. I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with their quality work!

Baileys Heating & Air came out promptly & spent time diagnosing why my A/C wasn't coming on. Their service man didn't hesitate to call for a senior technician who knew our kind of system. They found the source of our problem & restored our very old unit back to operation!! So very happy to have cool air during this summer heat!! Thank you so much Baileys !! Great job !!
