As a Senior Living Facility we need fast service, John and his team came out, diagnosed, reparied, and replaced an entire unit for us in 3 days. They took extra care explaining things to myself and our resident and we appreciate the entire team! They left everything cleaner then when they arrived and completed the entire job well whithin the timeline they provided us. We are extremely happy with their care and service and are looking forward to our future business with them!

John was very helpful! He replaced my air filter as well as ran a diagnostic to let me know any issues that needed to be addressed. He was very friendly and informative

John has been so helpful and knowledgeable. He is so service oriented and he answers all of our questions. Essentra installed my HVAC system originally when we built the home from ground up. They are one of the best subcontractors out of the entire team. I trust with my maintenance and really appreciate they offering us the maintenance program.

We recently had a new 2 zone mini split installed in an ADU and ran into an issue with the heating. A technician came to check the problem and recommended to have John, the service manager, take a look to figure out the issue. John came by and after doing some troubleshooting he was able to find the problem, do his magic and get everything to work perfectly.

The company was used to replace the AC/heating unit On my house and they were very respectful and knowledgeable. They were on time, very informative. John was the last to come and finish up the job and was very polite, he listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure i was set before leaving.

Found this company through the Modesto home and garden show. Offered a free first time cleaning and inspection. Very knowledgeable, understood our future needs and did a fantastic job of cleaning and showing me what to look out for and where my problem areas are. We have used Baily’s Heating & Air.Inc. services before. They scheduled us for a same day (extended hours Appt)) even though it we contacted them on a Friday afternoon. The extended hours fee was reasonable. Moses showed up promptly. He was professional, ,polite , respectful and friendly. He was informative regarding our issues. Payment was easy. Reasonable prices! Excellent service. If we need a heating and air service in the future we will be using Bailey’s Heating and Air.

Bailey's sent out a tech on a holiday within just a few hours of the call. Duane showed up and had it repaired very quickly. Great job guys !

Bailey’s is always great to us! They always call us to schedule twice a year so we don’t forget! The technicians always arrive on time with a smile. When I told them I wouldn’t be able to stay at home the whole time he said, no problem and he didn’t even need to come in the house. He left us new filters for whenever we decide to change them! But he would have done it if I wanted him to! Bailey’s is always a great choice!!!
