Danny is very fair with his prices. He went above and beyond, fixing issues in the attic with the furnace that was replaced. The work done initially by prior contractor was short cutted. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest company that does high quality work!

We have recently got our Ac maitainace, with John.
He explained in detail and also participated in understanding how I can maintain our units effectively. He has educated us more on our mini-split systems. Thank you, John, and I am glad we have selected the VIP2 program.

Amazing service all around. Receptionist was super friendly, received emails about my appointment, technicians were on time and thorough.
John and Giovanni were personable, nice and knowledgeable. Giovanni did an amazing job making sure my heater was working as efficiently as possible. Definitely a lifesaver when it comes to my hvac unit. Essentra always does an excellent job!

John from Essentra was great in servicing our HVAC units. He was on time, polite and knowledgeable and the pricing was excellent. Our wall mount units were installed by them in 2021 and we have had zero issues with them. Highly recommend John, Hector and the team at Essentra!

These guys did a great job installing mini splits into our house. Very thorough in walking through our options, making a recommendation, and then super speedy in scheduling the install. There was 3.5 days of work but was not disruptive to our being in the house while they were doing it. Very quick and responsive when we had an issue that needed an adjustment made. Hector, Fernando, Jon and Diego 🐨 all great!

UPDATE: It’s been a few months and I had to have John come back out to fix my AC again. Returned home from vacation to find out I had no cold air blowing through. I called and he was out to the house within hours with a quick fix and even cleaned my unit out for me (definitely will take him up on the maintenance offer from now on). This one probably could have been avoided if I had listened to his recommendations. EXCELLENT service, honest and dedicated. Veteran friendly too! HIGHLY recommend.

John was AMAZING! Super fast scheduling (was at my house the next day), very communicative and Extremely friendly. He walked me through all the issues and potential issues found with our AC unit and explained it so I would understand. From start (quote and multiple phone calls to ask lots of questions) to finish (installation, inspection, and instructional tour), Essentra came through and provided an experience that made me feel comfortable. Essentra is AMAZING! They saved us during an insane heat wave when our AC unit broke in June. Not only did they install our new HVAC system ASAP, but they made the entire process completely seamless from start to finish. All of the staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Shout out to John, Ember, and the installation staff for helping us out and having the best attitudes!

And when I noticed some minor issues with our heater in the fall, John & Giovanni quickly came out to address it. Thankfully it was due to some settings that needed to be changed on the thermostat. They worked quickly & efficiently and I'm so grateful for their help!

We called Essentra Heating & Air because our heater wasn't turning on. My husband spoke to Hector, who responded quickly. John came out in just an hour or so and very quickly diagnosed the issue. He did a cleaning of the heater unit and changed the air filter. He also reset the system and it's working great! John was fantastic, respectful and helpful. He communicated every step of the way, showed me photos and explained how the unit works and what caused the issue. I will absolutely be calling Essentra again, for service or any other needs.

Hector was patient, explaining our options clearly and articulately. Cost was important to us but equally important was that the heat pump unit was highly rated and had a small footprint. He and his team arrived on time, were respectful of our space ( our home is under 1000 sq ft ft) and were accommodating ( took a lunch break so our senior cat could emerge from his hiding place and eat/drink/ toilet). Ember in the office was always courteous, responsive and friendly. It was a total pleasure to work with this company

Having issues with my air conditioner not cooling like it should. Contacted Essentra Heating & Air. Due to my schedule and availability, i needed an appointment soon,
