I had a very patient and professional man by the name of Cesar (Sebastian) come to my home today to inspect. He took his time, listened deeply, and was very thoughtful about his work. He helped me cap off a line that no other plumbers that came previously offered to do. I’m grateful and appreciative and feel that this is an honest company that cares.

City Water Conservation was sent by my insurance company due to unknown water damage, Tech Jamie came out today to help figure it out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job

I was told I would get a written estimate before work was started. I was told initially before they got here. It wouldn’t be more than $575. That’s exactly what it was. I asked if they were charging for driving from Modesto to El Dorado Hills I was told no There was no destination fee. I was told they’d send their best technician. He was good but I let him use my ladder. Showed him where the leak was he cut the hose put a connector in he was in under an hour, I think the pricing was outrageous not fair and should report be reported to the state I’m still waiting for a detailed estimate as to what work was done all I got was we corrected the problem? January 2, 2026 work was completed on December 30, 2025 still waiting

My leak detection technician was Noor Mitchell. He explained the process throughout the service. Noor provided some helpful tips regarding water damage. Most importantly Noor’s customer service was outstanding!
The initial communication from this company through the end of the service appointment was stellar!

This is the 3rd time we have used City Water Conservation for various leaks and plumbing issues over the years. We have never been disappointed. They are always very professional and helpful during all stages of the repair. Ray was super helpful with our most recent plumbing repair. He was able to identify the leak easily and was careful to keep the work area clean when the work was completed. He definitely went above and beyond! We would definitely be use their services again! We had an emergency water leak on a Saturday, called City Water Conservation, Jamie responded quickly and came promptly on time. Jamie went above and beyond to locate the source of the water leak and was able to repair it on the same day even though it was getting so late. We can't thank you enough for your professionalism, expertise and excellent service

Very reliable, competent and friendly. Found and repaired the source of our leak and provided plenty of details so we could move forward with restoration. A bit pricey but considering the level of time and labor involved it was reasonable.

Noor Mitchell was great. I recieved a water bill that was 5x what it normally is. I called City Water Conservation and they came out the same day. They did a great job and ended up saving me a bunch of $$$. He was determined to find it and pulled out all the stops. I really appreciate it.

Jaime came out and tested for leak and discovered we had a slab leak. Scheduled to have leak repaired and Jaime showed up on time and repaired the leak without having to go thru the slab. Showed professionalism , polite , positive attitude , went out of his way to make sure my leak was taken care of and even personally followed up a couple days later to make sure no problems. City Water Conservation is a wonderful company. Michael came out and did the preinspection and was honest about what was going on with my plumbing. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and he came back out to do the repair at my convenience.
