Jamie is a pro. Approached my problem with careful consideration and didn’t rush to a solution. We worked the problem out and solved the point of the leak in a few hours. Definitely call these guys with your problem. Could save you $1000s.

My initial impression was that of a highly professional, skilled and friendly technician. He explained the process and was very meticulous in his efforts to document the work done. At first, this was a great experience!

He performed an inspection of our crawlspace, post flood mitigation that was contracted by our homeowners insurance.

While on site with me to perform the inspection, he indicated his findings were consistent with a pipe break within the last 14 days. That timeline is highly relevant to a homeowners insurance claim approval.

However, when he wrote the written report as contracted by our homeowners insurance, he indicated that the break was due to wear and tear and did not specify it as a pipe rupture, explicitly contradicting, what he had told me verbally (within 14 days), by indicating that he believed the leak was greater than three weeks of duration. He even viewed video of the clearly ruptured pipe with water spouting out of it, but still documented it as simply “wear and tear” rather than the burst pipe that it was.

I felt misled, as though he had presented the situation to us one way, but when documenting for the insurance company, he totally changed the presentation of the issue. It left me, wondering if there was potential bias in favor of the contracting insurance company.

I was very disappointed, as I found the technician personable, friendly, and intelligent. If he had not identified the leak as less than two weeks duration, then changed it in written documentation, it would have been less disturbing.

We had a great experience. Jamie was awesome, did a thorough inspection and identified the issue. He was friendly and very considerate of the fact we had a newborn in the house. Highly Recommend!

I really appreciate City Water Conservation for their help with the leak happening between my unit and the downstairs unit. Before City Water came out, my HOA hired another plumbing company that did their inspection horribly. When my insurance company arranged for City Water to come, they were quick and efficient with arranging a day and time. Ramy was really communicative and sent Noor for inspection. Although he couldn’t find the problem, he quickly arranged for another person to come on a day that also worked for my neighbor. This company is very communicative and transparent which made me comfortable and trusting of their services. The second time, Regis was sent to find the leak. Thankfully he was able to through perseverance and patience. I continued to stay in contact with them to repair the leak. Even on a busy Monday, Ramy was able to give me an estimate of the costs and answer all the questions I had regarding the project. After the project was done, Cesar wrote and sent me a report of the services done with many pictures as proof so I could submit it to my HOA. This company was extremely helpful throughout this stressful time with a leak occurring and walked me through the entire situation, making me feel confident. I would definitely recommend them for future projects.

City Water Conservation was sent to my home through my homeowner's insurance to find a leak that has been occurring in my daughter's room. The technician, Noor, who came out was very informative and walked me through every step he used in determining where the water leak was coming from. Noor was persistent and utilized our water hose to simulate what would happen to our home during a heavy rainstorm. And in doing so, he was able to locate where the leak was coming from, which will help us with repairs and mold abatement associated with the leak. I highly recommend city water conservation for any of your lake detection needs..

1,500.00 estimate. I got a contractor's list from home depot and the job done for 450.00.

Called in a flooding emergency in my folks' place. They told us they'd get back to us in 15 minutes. Tried to call them 30 minutes later repeatedly and had no answer. Ended up having to call Roto-rooter. Thanks for stepping up to help y'all.
