Outstanding Tankless Water Heater Installation – An Exceptional Experience

I hired All Bay Plumbing ( Rick and his Son) in late October to install a Noritz tankless water heater in my home, (and removal of the old water heater) and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Now, with several months of flawless operation behind us, I can confidently say they did a fantastic job.

Their service was expertly professional at every stage: the initial consultation was thorough, the installation itself was precise and efficient, and they meticulously tested the system to ensure everything worked perfectly.
Before choosing All Bay, I conducted an exhaustive search and met with several plumbing technicians. All Bay stood out then, and they have absolutely proven my decision right. I felt completely satisfied and well taken care of throughout the entire process.

I decided to replace the galvanized steel water lines in my home after months of finding metal shards in the water faucet aerators, so I started designing a PEX system to replace the old stuff. I started the work but decided I was ready to hire help to finish the project. I learned that PEX A applications are most preferred by plumbers because of the ease of installation and lossless pressure at the fittings, however, I opted for a PEX B application which requires the use of a crimping tool. I obtained 2 bids from other Modesto area licensed plumbers, and Devin was the only licensed plumber that was willing to work with my PEX B design/materials at a fair price. The other plumber refused to use my plans and parts, and the other was willing to use my plans/parts but came in even higher than the other plumber that wanted to buy his own parts. The fact that Devin was willing to do the work proves he is an experienced professional and isn’t afraid to do hard work. Devin’s crew was especially experienced with some of the very difficult pieces of the project. My design used 1-1/4” PEX B piping which is very difficult to work with, especially in tight spaces. His crew worked though that with ease, and was also able to manage working without removing the toilet in a tight space. When the work was finished, Devin walked me through the work he completed with photos, and explained what was done to test the water tightness of it all. I hope to hire Elmore’s Quality Plumbing for all my future needs. Thank you Devin!

Devin was awesome. He was instrumental in building my brand new ADU from the ground up. He installed a 100 foot sewer lateral, all the underground plumbing, and all the finish plumbing. He is my go to Licensed Plumber in Stanislaus County and beyond. I have also recomended him to my family and friends.
