This is a nice store that seems to have a lot of potential. Many things are on the shelves and ready to go. Unfortunately the folks that I’ve interacted with so far including one of the managers just simply seem to not care to help at all. I found them to be short tempered. A bit rude. I opened up a trade account initially, I can’t see myself going there unless I am forced.

I don't do many reviews, but I had to put my two cents in about this place. I had never heard of this place until yesterday. I was extremely impressed with the workers there. both young men were very helpful, but Jose went out of his way to research an old part that i needed. I thank him for his patience with me. I was about to pull my hair out. Thanks to Jose, I got the job done. I recommend this place for sure. I wish there were more business's with helpful people.

Man it was really refreshing to ask someone for a part and they didn’t have to ask someone else or look it up on a computer. Very professional and efficient. It’s been a long time since I received such outstanding service from a hardware store. Thank You Standard Plumbing you have a customer for life. So is my neighbor. He was impressed as well.

The staff here are very knowledgeable. I brought in the parts I had and pictures of what I couldn't move, described my problem and the staff knew exactly the size of the fittings and extenders I needed to replace an in-line water filter. They also have great music taste.

Heather was outstanding. Se showed us more concern about our welfare by looking up and confirming our warrante was still active on our Rheem waterheater, with out us even asking. That is something one doesn't see very often. Fantastic service.
