Drain masters plumbing is the best company I have had to my parents home and rentals their prices are affordable and they are always trying to help everone they meet I recomend them to every one the owner is a license and inc company my parents and my whole family will allways call them for fast and honest service.

Please don't hire this people they don't know how do their work and they don't know how to keep their word on warranty they say they have their license on different jobs but they only have their lic#963211 on plumbing not on repairing appliances or AC and more.He is a very rude person that doesn't know how to treat costumers he needs help with that.

I was really impressed with these brothers. They responded immediately. Came out on a Sunday to see what was needed. Showed up promptly Monday morning. Did a great job.
I will use them again!

If i could put negative stars i would ... thief liar con.. and in the military reserves.. makes it worse. Do not let this guys smooth talk get you. I should have sued but it was a rental and i live to far!! The story is so long .. not showing up on time showing up next day leaving a mess and outright lying that the job was complete..only complete part was part you could see..i was going to dig up yard this guy is no good. I mean not a good person ..dishonest con man!!

William "Kyle" took me for $300 by selling me a faulty washer and dryer. He is selling them on local and surrounding area websites. This guy talks a big game. I DO NOT recommend him for ANY type of plumbing or anything he is selling.

Called and they were there in 45 minutes as promised. The removal and replacement of my garbage disposal was quickly accomplished. We'd definitely use again.

I called and made an appointment for the next morning between 8:30am and 9:00am and was asked to text the address which I did, and received a reply saying he got it. The next morning at around 10:30am I returned from some errands to learn nobody had shown up so I called the number, straight to voicemail so I texted .... it is now 5 minutes past 12:00pm and STILL NO ANSWER via phone or text

I have been looking for a trust worthy plumbing contractor for some time now. I am very pleased with Drain Master Plumbing. Very clean work. They show up when they say they will. No problems. I look forward to working with Drain Master Plumbing on future projects.

Had a great conversation with Kyle through Yelp and on the phone about a little leak in my backyard focet. Kyle's brother calls me the next day upset that he put the wrong address, blaming google maps for having glitches. An hour later he shows up and an hour later he calls upset that it took longer than expected (I think he was upset that he got lost) and he is going to charge more.

After talking to Kyle we negotiated the additional price down. Next day I found out from my tennents that they can't attach the hose to the focet because it's visible way close to the wall. Basically it's worst than then a rookie job.

Kyle agreed and said he will have someone come to fix it. Patiently called him every other week to find out when they would come for last month and he said he is sorry and call to remind him next week.

Still waiting on it to be fixed.

Yes, I would highly recommend Drain Master Plumbing because they were efficient, on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Even more they do handyman work. Which I was surprised to know due to their ad. They hung a very heavy mirror I recently purchased, repaired a leak in the back of my refrigerator, and took away some items from my backyard all in the same day. They helped me clear up my "To Do" list. I will call Drain Master again for any future projects.
