Very knowledgeable, going through all the repairs step by step of how it is done professionally. You can tell right away how experienced their staff. I highly recommend this company.

My parents and I have used Tony’s Plumbing since they first opened. Stephen worked on a plumbing issue I had and was great to work with! He called and updated me every step of the way and provided options. He was very helpful!

Tony's Plumbing was great in accommodating me in short notice although i would have understood if they were not able to as it was late in the day. Tech that came out was courteous, quick, very knowledgeable and attentive. Got my Plumbing cleared up quick and back on track in no time while suggesting other needed work as a preventative measure and giving me the tip to use an enzyme monthly to avoid having a recurring problem. I had a very pleasant experience with Weston. It’s not to often you meet someone
who has years of experience and yet puts the interest of his customer ahead of himself. This is the first time I met him, and yet I can say with confidence: he is professional, cares for his customers first, and does not focus on a time clock while doing his work. I know I can trust him when I need a plumber, which unfortunately has not been the case lately. Also, Weston provided a full report at the end of his visit so I could submit it to my insurance company. My current company was unwilling to provide one without a fee, even though they told the Insurance Adjuster they would. That was nearly three weeks ago! Thank you Weston for your honesty and professional manner. I give you 5+ stars.

Irvin Mendoza was our technician, he did very well was very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service I did in fact contact him again, he was able to figure out what was causing the issue I was having and I appreciated his expertise. The service tech called me within the scheduled 2 hour window to let me know he would be arriving in about 20-30 minutes.
He was very polite and professional. It took him about 10-15 minutes to assess the issue and offer options on how I would like to proceed. He took about 10-15 minutes to write the job cost. I agreed with the quote. He started the repair and finished in about a half hour. He reviewed and showed me the work and parts he installed.
I was happy that he arrived on time, early in the day so that could schedule the delivery of the gas range I had ordered.

Robyn provided excellent customer service! He walked me through and explained what would be necessary to get the pressure working for all my sinks and replaced my kitchen sink drain. I am very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend!

First time using Tony's Plumbing in Modesto, CA. We couldn't be happier. We were both out of town when there was an emergency plumbing issue at the house. One of our family called us for help. Our only choice was to trust a business we did not know. We sure picked the right one.

We didn't know what to expect. Frankly we were worried because these things tend to come up when money is tight and usually are very expensive.

Service was prompt, professional, respectful and very well done. When we were quoted the price for the work he did, we couldn't believe how reasonable it was. We expected tp pay a lot more. Once that was agreed to, the tech did further checking of the plumbing to be sure things were ok, and we were surprised it was a complimentary service.

We are breathing a sigh if relief, and are very sure this is who we will call any time we have a problem. We hope you will too!

Calling Tony's plumbing was the best decision I, made you never know if reviews are true but it's what they said and how quickly they we're ready to help me.
When the plumber Brock, showed up he was all business and it didn't take long to know we had a professional who knew all plumbing issues.
He was on time and ready to diagnose the situation and he went right to work explaining everything as he went along, we felt very satisfied with all his suggestions and in the extra mile he went to get our problem solved couldn't be more satisfied with his workmanship!

Trey is one of the most knowledgeable techs I’ve ever known. Super well versed on how to fix the issue and also at finding a great deal for his customer. It was a pleasure to have him out. Very friendly as well!

Customer service on my initial call was outstanding. Very polite and courteous. I received my “call-ahead” on the day of my appointment. Once he arrived, he explained what the possible outcomes and options were. He handled the issue quickly. He also checked the sink in the bathroom just to make sure. Outstanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of having Tony’s Plumber work on my bathroom. Their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. Their technician, Weston, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the steps to fix my bathroom flange issue. He worked efficiently, and did incredible job, exactly how I wanted it done. Anyone needing a reliable and honest plumber, it’s Tony’s. I will do all my plumbing business with this company going forward, and requesting this technician (Weston) on future projects. 10/10!

Called this company for my grandfather plugged master sink. He has used them for issues in the past. Figured they would be fair to a repeat customer I was very wrong!

They told me $89 dispatch fee that would go towards price of any work that was done that day once scope of work was determined seemed fair.

Guy shows up then quickly writes up $350 fee to run his cable to clear the line plus $89 dispatch fee. $439 total. Outrageous price. Asked about senior citizen discount. Can’t do it because it’s New Year’s Day holiday so we are charging full price plus premium. Normal price for cable machine is $275. So charging premium price with no discount for repeat business or senior citizen discount. I was a plumber 2009 and running a cable was $125. This price was ridiculous. We sent him on his way with the $89 dispatch fee.

I then proceeded to fix the clog with $16.72 bladder bag from Home Depot that attaches to a hose and $10 cap to cap off the other end of the drain. Now I get that I have some know how that not everyone has but that pricing is highway robbery!
I strongly recommend you call other companies! Also they should have been upfront when calling for a dispatch that they were charging premium pricing for any work do to “holiday”.
This wasn’t Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter, it’s New Year’s Day. Just ridiculous. Ashamed of this company.
Just FYI for those that don’t know but service plumbers get paid commission that’s why they try to upsale you things when they get there. Which means he could’ve given a discount he was just being greedy with a 89 year old man. He wanted premium pay for 15 minutes of work.
Shame on Tony’s plumbing. You deserve to go bankrupt for that kind of pricing. There is no way your overhead is that much that the price to cable a drain should go up to $350. I could buy the whole machine for $3k which at $350 a service is paid off in 9 services and at $275 is 11 services.
Just a terribly overpriced lesson. Good luck hope these numbers help you make better choices than Tony’s!

Jacob came out to my place and made everything I was going to attempt make look easy. Great personality and cleaned up everything that came out of the clogged pipes and even wiped everything down. I’ve already recommended him to anyone who needs plumbing 👍🏼👍🏼

The plumbing technician was very knowledgeable and very very nice told me what I really needed here to improve my water quality. I had my house re-piped by technicians Evan and Luis they were top notch plumbers very knowledgeable about their job, plus I had a water filter installed. They were very friendly and very polite. I would call Tony's plumbing the best I'd go call them all the time. 👍👌

I can't thank the staff at Tony's Plumbing enough for their professionalism, timeliness, ans overall awesome customer service! When my dad's water heater went out and we went back and forth with his home warranty (what joke!), we were referred to Tony's and immediately knew we wanted them to do the job. In today's world, getting good customer service and timely responses can be challenging, but not with Tony's. They were super responsive and got the job done. I highly recommend them and will be referring others in the future!

Hi Weston came today. He fixed my sink in the kitchen. He also fixed he replaced my toilet and the bathtub Where the water comes out he replaced that, but I had the part. Also he helped with my garbage disposal that needed something unplugged because the person who originally put it in did not take the little plug out that would allow my dishwasher to work. He did a great job. I’m very impressed with his work and I will be calling him again when we need any other work also a valve he replaced behind the toilet 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
