I called for what I thought was a major issue, but the technician from Preferred Plumbing told me it was a simple fix and only charged the basic service fee. Really appreciate the honesty!

In a bit of a panic, I called them to come out to fix a problem. They had someone come out within the hour. I felt they were really on top of things. They did a great job in getting the problem corrected. Good service, and I'd recommend them. The problem was a leak that I didn't know where it was coming from. But they found it!

I highly recommend Vlad for any plumbing work! He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Vlad quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and provided a solution. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Vlad really delivers on all fronts. I’ll definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs!

Woke up this morning (Sunday) to a clogged toilet and a house full of guests. They had someone come out right away and were able to fix the problem. These guys were available on a Sunday, and I couldn't be more grateful. Service was a 10. Reasonably priced, and would use them again

The worst plumbing company ever I’m a military veteran disabled they came out clean to fix my sink in the kitchen ride out there six months after said repair Wheel chair fell into floor but it’s not under warranty 🤬

Absolutely terrible company .... brought them in during a bathroom remodel told them i needed all leaks fixed their “plumber” refused to even inspect the toilet for a leak and then after i wanted them to come back and stop the water they claimed they had told me about the leak and that i told them not to fix it .... then when i called the company i was greeted by the “owner” steve who proceeded to call me an entitled brat and an idiot simply because i just wanted it explained to me why i would call a plumber to my house and then tell them not to fix a leak ... absolutely terrible workmanship the shower valves they insgalled were not level ... not even close to level ... and the guy left the property without inspecting hos work for leaks .... overall if i could give this company a negative rating i would absolutely terrible

I have had them working on my apt they have a very friendly staff an they are very professional an knowledgeable. Having the whole gas line done so they’ve been here a couple days An they’re very courteous 😊
