The actual people that come to your house are very nice very kind and semi knowledgeable about what they're doing it's the office staff for the telephone answers got to go. They tell you anything to get your business.

Setup appointment to have tech to be here at 4:00pm today 3/1/16 was a no show. Called company back at 4:30pm and girl that we spoke to earlier stated no appointment was showing. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely unprofessional they lost a 30k bid because they can't just send a quote that I've been calling for 2 weeks on. Alway an excuses of service mangers not available..on vacation..family emergency etc...wouldn't trust them to replace a faucet

Had a very professional experience with this company. Had a clog in my shower which was taken care of with the help of the technician who was owner of the company. Was very respectful and got the job done.

I called Preferred Plumbing about 11:30am after a no-show from the Mr. Rooter company who said someone will be here between 9-11am. When I called to ask of where about the plumber is, the dispatch said I'm not even on the schedule, but can have someone out the next day. I have dishes piling up and clothes to wash.

So I decided to call Preferred Plumbing. The man on the phone said someone will call me as soon as they can. I asked today? He said yes today. 1:30pm comes along and I get a call that someone will be here in half hour.

Raymond showed up. He knew right away what needed to be done. Got my line unclogged within 30mins. Everything is back to normal. What a relief that I didn't have to wait another day!

Great customer service! Will do business again. No regrets.

Offered a high high estimate. When awe said we would look for another plumber the boss called and offered another estimate half of the first. They sent someone who was NOT a plumber who needed 3 hours to unclog one drain. He said it was fixed. The sink still gurgled. 6 weeks later the sink backed up. I called and expected them to do the right thing and do it right. They offered a fix at another $300. Look elsewhere!
Only money matters to this company. Awful customer service, very unprofessional.

The night before Easter Sunday the kitchen clogged. Kumar came and helped in under an hour in the evening.

No luck with Drano.

No luck with baking soda and vinegar.

He was helpful and kind, courteous and prompt. We had never used this company before, and were nervous about the nature of the fix, the clog was deep.

We were pleased with the service. He came quickly, and was quick to get started. He was thorough and fixed the option completely, gave advice that was helpful in the future.

First time using their service. Extremely pleased with the two young men, Zach and Hugo, that came out to unclog the drain. They were very motivated and determined to get the drain unclogged. Very respectful and polite as well. Would definitely recommend Preferred Plumbing. The drain is flowing as it should now. Thank you!

I called early about my water heater leaking and they came out and replaced my water heater that same day. Karl did a great job and made it a pleasant experience. It all went smooth and he even went an extra mile to take a look at my toilet that was having issues filling. I would use their services again.

Had setup an appointment last Tuesday to fix my toilet which was making strange sounds. The associate arrived at a timely manner and fixed it all in less than an hour.
