This place sucks been here for over an hour and these guys still can't get someone to unload my trailer. Instead they are hiding in the warehouse house some where because even the girl came out here to look for her workers🤣🤣🤣🤣 crazy.

I'm an HVAC contractor and got burned by this supplier. I was carrying the Gree product line and had a customer ask if floor mounts where wifi capable. I forwarded their question to heating and cooling supply. They responded with yes it is and I simply forwarded that response back to the customer. Customer signed contract and we proceeded with job. Once everything was installed we found out floor mount was not compatible with wifi and customer was livid. Rightfully so. Heating and cooling supply left me hanging with no solution. I had to take out equipment and replaced it with Mitsubishi while eating all the install costs. Heating and cooling told me I could bring back equipment, but next day when I showed up I was told no they cant accept installed equipment and that the person who told me I could return it didnt have the authority to do so. Since then I ditched Gree and moved on to Mitsubishi, I still have the equipment from that job sitting in my shop. About 4k+ worth of equipment as well as all the lost labor and mItsubishi equipment that cost me more then gree. Heating and cooling supply straight burned me. For such a small amount when I've already purchased close to 300k in equipment from another supplier this year it's hard for me to understand their logic. All I can say is of they will do this for such a small amount I would certainly advise anybody thinking about doing business with them to watch out. And maybe think of going elsewhere as their loyalties are not with the consumer. Sadly, they have lost far more from me taking my business elsewhere and the potential to loose a lot more from reviews like this.
I should add they where willing to take it back, then have me buy all my supplies from them and they would "discount" those supplies. Problem is they dont carry much of what I need and their "discounted" prices are higher then what i get it for elsewhere. What sense does that make? The one thing i asked for they never got back to me about it. Its been 7 months...

Called Golden State because we thought we had a leak. Jimmy came to our home and checked for leaks and checked our drainage. All checked out. Jimmy was very professional and kind. He explained everything in detail which I truly appreciated. We had no plumbing problems this time but should I need a plumber again I’ll be calling Golden State Plumbing. Thanks Jimmy!

Great service! The technician they sent, Ben, was very courteous and professional. He worked quickly to get my kitchen faucet replaced. I would reccomend these guys to my friends and family! Loved it.

Ben did great! We were having issues with our drain and he quickly diagnosed and cleared the drain. He had great communication and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend!

I initially thought Andrew would diagnose the issue and determine why the system was not working properly. However he explained that trouble shooting and repair were outside the scope of his service. He kindly referred me to another technician. He also suggested me to have the filter unit change because my unit is over 20 years olds. No charge for the service.

Andrew and his team were absolutely amazing! They were easy to deal with and very personable. You can tell they take pride in the work they do. I would recommend them ten times over. Very impressed with them. Great company, great values.

This company is great! I had a plumbing problem, they came in accessed and took care of it. So good I called them back a second time for another problem and then proceeded to tell them they are stuck with me. They really don't great job and are very pleasant!

My water heater went out on the Friday night (of course!) before Thanksgiving and I immediately filed a claim with American Home Shield. The plumber assigned was Golden State Plumbing. The rep I spoke with had the estimate for a new water heater in to the insurance company first thing Monday morning, expediting the entire process. She was professional, friendly, sympathetic, knowledgeable and beyond helpful... overall just amazing. For some reason AHS had to ship the new one to them, instead of letting them pick up the part, and got it there by Wednesday night. They were installing it by Friday! Having the estimate in so quickly no doubt made all the difference. The installation of our propane water heater was quick and painless... the installer was also knowledgeable and professional. I am definitely thankful for Golden State Plumbing this Thanksgiving!!!

This is my second time working with Golden State Plumbing Service. I called them again because I was pleased with the work they did three years ago. Their customer service was excellent. Jessica in the office was organized and courteous. Justin, who did the work, was skilled and professional. He was on time for the appointment and even wore shoe covers inside my home. The work that was done was high quality and completed in a reasonable amount of time. Justin had everything he needed on his truck to replace the broken parts of my shower. He showed me what was broken and made sure nothing was leaking after he had fixed it. He was thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Golden State Plumbing Service.

In a bit of a panic, I called them to come out to fix a problem. They had someone come out within the hour. I felt they were really on top of things. They did a great job in getting the problem corrected. Good service, and I'd recommend them. The problem was a leak that I didn't know where it was coming from. But they found it!

Reed, the owner of blue collar plumbing told us one price. He then asked for more money. We agreed with a signed work order, then he asked for even more money. He is trying to get rich off of his customers by being a poor businessman and not sticking to his word. His word obviously means nothing.
