We were having a problem with our newly installed HVAC system. They sent over their technician, Mario Vega. He found the problem and fixed it and we are so happy. now I know the heating system is working properly, which will intern give us some great savings. He did a very excellent job and was very knowledgeable. Thank you, Mario.

Scheduled 8:00-12:00 service and no one arrived until after 2:00pm without a call to advise of delay. The service technician was knowledgeable and professional which is more than we can say for the phone service operators. He did fix the thermostat in less than half hour.

We have been using Derek Sawyer's for a few years now and have been completely happy with their work. Our heater stopped working on a Sunday and we called and they got a tech out within 24 hours. Our tech Tony was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly repaired our unit.

Tim, did a great job check out the unit and going over things that need attention. Looking forward to seeing Tim every 6 months for maintenance.

Isaac Martinez came to my house to do a furnace review. He was not only very professional, but courteous and besides doing a thorough job on the review, he was kind enough to replace both my furnace filters for me. I highly recommend him!

Judah J. was awesome!!!! He was professional, patient, and detailed in describing what he was doing. He also suggested I use my circulating fan when heat/cooling was not in use since I also have the Air Scrubber and suffer from allergies. I plan to request him whenever I need Sawyer’s service.

Home depot was doing a promotion for heater tune up. Glad I tried out Derek Sawyers Heating, Furnace and AC. Judah, the tech was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very polite. He replaced a bad capacitor, which will save me money in the long run. I will probably hire them again for the summer AC tune up.

Roy is very professional, knows his job really well and shows so much patience in diagnostic and repairing our AC unit. Judah came by this morning to do our furnace maintenance. I just wanna say since signing up this summer with Home Depot we have been very happy with all of the service so far. We decided to sign up for the monthly membership. For once the company called me to ask if I was ready for the furnace maintenance instead of me having to call Which is a wonderful change. Customer service is not what it used to be in this company so far has exceeded our expectations. Our service in the summer to our AC went great and everyone I’ve spoken to in the office are also friendly and professional. Judah also called me this morning to make sure I knew when he was on the way. Highly recommend this company.

Adan did an outstanding job with our furnace tune-up. He performed a very thorough review of the entire setup and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was how he showed us pictures to walk through the current condition of the system, which made it easy to understand what was going on. Adan was extremely honest and transparent, clearly distinguishing between items that needed immediate attention and those that could be planned for in the future. There was absolutely no pressure—just thoughtful, professional guidance. Highly recommend Adan for his expertise, integrity, and attention to detail.

Our technician was Tony Soto, he was really knowledgeable it only cost about 59$ and helped us understand our heating unit and fixed it very fast! Gave us useful information on how to take care of the system to make it last longer 😀 really knows his stuff and went above and beyond for such a modest price! Very satisfied
