Reviews of local pros in Modesto, California

experience with Home Style Staging! Cynthia is truly a gem — professional, talented, and such a pleasure to work with. Her eye for design is unmatched. She transformed our home with impeccable style and elegance, making it look both luxurious and inviting.

From the moment we connected, Cynthia made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her taste is exceptional, and she knew exactly how to highlight the best features of our home. I genuinely believe her staging played a key role in bringing in serious buyer interest.

If you’re looking for the best stager with incredible taste and attention to detail, look no further. Cynthia is simply the best!

Guys at JR Wagner are nice, prompt, and quick to take up service which is admirable. Only caveat is that they’re much pricier than other professionals in the area, but I believe that still gets them 4/5 stars.

Danny is very fair with his prices. He went above and beyond, fixing issues in the attic with the furnace that was replaced. The work done initially by prior contractor was short cutted. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest company that does high quality work!

Highly recommend Danny Shaw. My grandmother's house was getting ready to close escrow and the heater needed 2 parts to be fixed and Danny went above and beyond to get it fixed in a time crunch. He's very professional and courteous. Great doing business with him.

Reed, the owner of blue collar plumbing told us one price. He then asked for more money. We agreed with a signed work order, then he asked for even more money. He is trying to get rich off of his customers by being a poor businessman and not sticking to his word. His word obviously means nothing.

I am a Realtor and have used Danny Shaw - he is a very honest person he looks after your best interest first of all. He will not tell you that you need something replaced unless it is the only option.

I work in property management and have the need for a reliable, honest and professional HVAC company to send to our rentals. Danny has always been very informative, dependable, reliable and honest on top of great competitive pricing!
I always call this company first! He is the best!! Highly recommend Danny for any of your AC or heating needs.
