My mom had a power outage and it was already late in the day. Finding someone on such short notice would be challenging. Luckily I spoke with a gentleman named Nelson who came to the rescue within the hour and helped my mom out. She had her power back up and running.

Nelson is a top-notch professional. I've called him twice to solve electrical problems; he added a new electrical panel with no glitches; and he added a new circuit in a home that was drawing too much power and made breaker switches flip; problem solved. I will gladly call him again for our next project.

Nelson always makes sure we are taken care of, every time I call I have been given same day service, usually within the hour. They are prompt, friendly and do solid work. Schematic is the only electrician that my office does business with!

Nelson returned my call promptly when I was looking for an electrician. He was able to come out the same day and quickly changed an outlet.

Nelson is the best! He came out to our facility the same day that I called and was able to get the part we needed the same evening. He even came in on a Saturday to complete the job. We are very thankful for the urgency he put to our problem. We have used his services several times since and will continue to use him in the future. Very professional and very knowledgeable.

Horrible. Takes forever. Rude and Unprofessional. Go anywhere else unless you want to wait all year to have your AC repaired.

Nothing but problems since the install and have had to have it repaired every year. Finally called out another company and it wasn’t even installed up to code. Horrible business

Guys were in my attic putting my new air conditioner heater in and almost went all the way through the ceiling my ceiling and my hallway is cracked about 4 foot and they just wanna mask it make it look good not repair it properly we’ll see if they get back to me they don’t want to be responsible for their mistake

They were contracted through my home warranty service 2.5 days ago and have yet to make contact or answer their phones when we try to contact them. The HW company has tried as well. Nothing but voicemail.

They gave us a time frame of 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. I waited all day for them to arrive and I finally called them at about 4:00 pm. I was told I need to understand that their poor communication and punctuality is ok, and that the vast time frame they gave us still just an estimate. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

Daniel came out to our house in California City. Showed up ontime , and fixed our Central Air problem no time. He showed a high degree of professionalism, and courtesy.

Bonnie has terrible customer skills!, takes WEEKS to return your phone call& is Rude!, must be family owned . She would’ve been fired!

Same as most reviews. Home warranty uses and no communication. Nice guys came and installed new thermostat. It worked 1 day.☹

They came out to assess an HVAC issue, was told it could be addressed, that was the last time I ever heard from them..
I have been calling for weeks.
They won't pickup.
I have left messages, they don't return phone calls.
How anyone can stay in business performing like this is beyond me..

Warranty uses them and they refuse to communicate with warranty company. It’s been 3 months with no heat and they keep “ordering” the wrong parts. If you need something done timely don’t use this company and don’t let your home warranty use them either.

Nothing but amazing. I used American Home Shield, and Bonnie made sure we were scheduled on time, and helped with the approval process. Kept in communication throughout everything. The workers should up on time, professional, and did an outstanding job. This by far has been a terrific experience from start to finish.

Had Air-conditioning die, night before surgery, Tuesday, luckily had swamp for backup, Sawyer showed up Thursday morning and repaired right away. Remember, businesses are backed up, we, homeowners don't make appointments for check ups during the off/ cooler season. Myself included. Thanks for the service, appreciated the quick response.

I used them years ago, because they were so close. This past time, with my AC out, they came by and stated the Circuit Breaker keeps tripping. They don't do CBs, and left. I called an electrician out, who ran continuity of entire Main Box to the AC unit itself, "the problem is capacitor, or condenser. Have you AC guy check those, capacitor first."
Called Sawyer and Reliable on a Wednesday. Sawyer got a hold of me first, and couldn't fit me in until Monday. Reliable called on Thursday and said they were nearby en route to another job and can look really quick if I'm home. I was. I explained the previous issue, and Reliable checked the capacitor right off the bat. Lol and behold, that was the issue. He stated if the CB is popping, that is telltale of the capacitor, every HVAC should know that right from the get go. A negative against Sawyer. I will use Reliable from now on.
