This is the best cleaning we have ever had! My husband and I have had a consistently great experience with this company. Marcela and Guadeloupe are fast, friendly and very thorough. We get a monthly deep clean for a very reasonable price. We have a 3 bedroom craftsman style home, so, lots of wood—the woodwork and floors are gleaming when they’re done! The exterior rooms are all white, including kitchen cupboards and wood work—they look freshly painted every time! They clean windows, window casings, mop boards, exterior of cupboards, they move all area rugs and clean under beds thoroughly too, and our white tile shower is shiny and scrubbed from top to bottom which is no easy chore—Pasadena water leaves a film on everything even with a shower filter. It’s lovely to come back to a sparkling house that would take my husband and I many many more hours to clean.
I would highly recommend this cleaning service for deep cleans as well as weekly cleans, and even move out cleans! Give them a call, you’ll will be glad you did!

J. P. Cleaning Services, is a quality company with quality staff. Ease of scheduling, they try to accommodate last minute requests. They arrive on time with their sanitized equipment and supplies. No worries of cross over contamination. Very thorough, remembers details and preferences. An added bonus is everyone is so kind, thoughtful and pleasant. J.P. I wanted to hire this company as a gift for someone in their local service area. Since it was a one time clean for a new person they couldn’t give me an exact cost I live three hours away so they agreed to do the cleaning and allowed me to follow up with payment later. We’ve been using J.P. Cleaning Services for about 6 months now and are very pleased with our service. They are very quick but thorough. They always come in teams of 2 or 3 so it goes much faster than with a single person. The level of cleaning is excellent and they really deep clean all the hard to clean stuff and leave it sparkling. They are also really good about remembering personal preferences. If we request a certain spot (behind a chair or a high shelf) to be cleaned, they never forget it. Also very good with our dog. They are also easy to text and schedule or change times with. Highly recommend.

Terrible service. So disappointed. They initially on the first visit did a good job to get my business. Their flyer says 100% money back guarantee but that isn't the case. Had them do a deep clean, mainly for blinds and oven, house was completely redone with new paint throughout and new floors, they didn't do either. He quoted me $180.00 then invoiced me for $200, I paid him what the quoted. Owner waited to respond when I sent him pictures and he apologized, said he was out of town and embarrassed. I paid him via Zelle already. When he asked for another chance he wanted to charge me $120. I asked him to do it for $100.00 instead of asking for the money back guarantee. He said NO. I never heard from him again.

We experienced a horrible situation due to domestic violence incident at out home recently. Ben and his team were amazing and took care of everything. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in if they ever need this type of service.

Had a pack rat situation after a family member died, didn't know who to call and found Emergency Reaponse by accident. I didn't check out other companies because Emergency Reaponse were able to come out the next day. Ben (the owner) brought a huge dumpster with them and they took care of everything in the house,backyard, and garage.
I'm very satisfied with them, they made a horrible situation a little bit easier for me. Thank you to the crew.
