Constraction reviews in Monte Rio, California

I recently hired Sonoma County General Contractors for a kitchen renovation and installation of LVP Flooring throughout the house, and I'm extremely pleased with the results.
From the initial consultation to the completion of the project Sonoma County General Contractors demonstrated professionalism, expertise and attention to detail.
Communication throughout the process was excellent, and I always felt informed about the progress.
I was especially impressed with their commitment to make sure everything was done correctly and to code.
I highly recommend Sonoma County General Contractors for anyone looking for a reliable skilled contractor who take pride in their work. I will definitely be hiring them for any future projects.

Will and his crew were awesome!!! They were affordable, honest and on time. I'm sooo glad we found them. They will be the only Plumbing company we will ever call again, in the future. Thanks again, Will and the guys! 💜

Will and crew remodeled my deck and it looks amazing!

UPDATE: ITS 8MONTHS LATER. The ceiling started leaking again. Called and explained. I was told they could come out in 4 weeks to take a look. He also said there was a lot of rusted out piping and bad connections when he was up there. Why wouldn't you address that when there is already a 4 foot wide easily accessible HOLE in my ceiling??? Now all the patch repair is failing and we can't use our bathroom? I'm done.
Woke up to a leak in our ceiling coming from our upstairs bathroom. Had William come over, take a peek, give us a reasonable quote and get going a few days later. The leaked was repaired and then they replaced the ceiling with drywall and mud. One area still needed a little help. They came back and touched it up, looks great. I'm really happy with the work and talk about nice guys! Even clean up after themselves, definitely recommend. The photos are before and after. The mud is still wet, so obviously it will look better when it dry!

Will and the crew were absolutely awesome! Our new deck looks amazing!!!!!

Tired of switching out propane tanks, I had William replace my old propane water heater with an electric one. Had to run a 220 line. Gave me a great quote, stuck to it, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.

Will and his team were excellent! Renovated my front porch. Great, clear, timely communication every step of the way. The crew were super friendly and yet focused/efficient. This was my first large project and Will took the time to explain the process and options. I’ll definitely be calling them for the next project!

Great guy ,super respectful, great customer service. Quality work. Highly recommended..🙏🏼

William has always done solid business and kept his word - highly recommend

Will was fantastic to work with! Very communicative and friendly throughout the whole process.

Will is awesome! Milled and delivered to my house. I will use for all my projects

Will came out when he said he would, he got the job done in the time he estimated. And we were very happy with the final result. He cleaned up and moved 6- 80ft. tall trees and all the slash and stacked all the millable rounds for next spring, when we hope he will be back with his portable mill to utilize all the trees that were dying from a bark beetle infestation. Great job!!

We're moving into a new house and needed to get all the window coverings on quickly before the big move. Will came in and got all the curtain rods put up very quickly. Great service!

SCGC did a great job on several different projects for me. They were professional, always on-time, and literally worked their tails off! The prices they charge are quite reasonable, too. I would not hesitate to use them again, they were literally a joy to have working on our property.

I had a metal hook stuck in the garbage disposal and called them to have them come out but he explained how to loosen the disposal mechanism and it worked! Another plumbing company was ready to schedule service for $189 for the visit only plus work done would be in addition. This is an honest service company and I’ll call them when we have a real problem.

Amazing Company! Completely full service. William and the crew were absolutely amazing. Manuel is extremely knowledgeable as well. They remodeled our entire kitchen and rebuilt our fence. They even milled a redwood tree we had cut down and we used that as our fence pickets!

I could not recommend enough

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SCGC is an amazing company! William has come to our rescue more than once, and both times he’s gone above and beyond. Most recently, he came to our home on a last-minute call and fixed our toilet without hesitation. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled, but he’s also pleasant to work with, trustworthy, and even has a great sense of humor—which makes the whole process that much easier.

What I appreciate most is that William gets the job done the right way with no shortcuts or nonsense. He’s reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. We wouldn’t want anyone else working in our home, and we’ll definitely continue to use SCGC for future projects.

If you’re looking for someone solid, dependable, and efficient—William is the man to call. Thank you so much for taking the stress off our shoulders and getting everything fixed so smoothly!

I am so grateful to Sonoma County General Construction for the incredible job they did on our project. From the very first meeting, they treated us with respect and patience, really listening to what we wanted and making sure every detail was addressed. The crew worked so hard, showed up on time every day, and treated our home as if it were their own.

The quality of the finished work is outstanding, but what impressed me even more was the care and pride they put into every step of the process. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and it truly shows in the final result. Finding a team this honest, reliable, and skilled is rare, and I couldn’t be more thankful. We’ll absolutely be calling them for future projects and recommending them to friends and family.

Will was efficient, fast, and lazer focused. All while maintaining perfect customer service skills. Absolutely blown away by his professionalism and overall knowledge in every aspect of general construction. This guy is a great person to have on a job and always brings a great attitude. Fair prices for unbelievably detailed and unmatched services. Highly recommend these guys. Can’t say it enough!

Bought 140 beautiful redwood fence boards. Great service, will definitely do business with will again.

This company did an excellent job removing my green yard waste. The pile of bushes was 15 ft long & 10 ft wide. They took care of this large pile within 24 hrs. of me contacting them. I recommend this efficient company to serve your specific needs.
