So, as I have found, like many cleaners do, they do a wonderful job the first few times to really hook you and keep you wanting more. This company did the exact same. they were wonderful. I asked for 3 cleanings per week split between two hair salons. The salons looked great and I was very happy. Then things started to go down hill. Little things were missed, things I asked them not to do they did anyway, things started getting ruined, and I complained. They had to return to finish cleaning twice because it didn’t look good.
Now listen… I’m picky. I own hair salons. They need to stay immaculate as to keep my employees and customers happy. But the things they started missing/doing were all things they had previously done a great job at.
So like I said, they hooked me then got comfortable. After quite a few complaints they fired me as a client saying we don’t want to deal with you anymore. I relied by saying “you’re firing me because your people did a bad job and you are tired of hearing me complain about it? Very rude. Very unprofessional.
Anyway. long story short, don’t be fooled by their work in the beginning. They will get lazy and stop doing a good job! THEN blame you when you complain about it.

Amazing service, I called last minute due to another cleaning service canceling. They offer same day service with affordable prices. The cleaners were amazing. Took their time and deep cleaned my home. Will definitely recommend this company to people.
