This woman failed to show up today. What was supposed to be a one time clean, with the possibility of what i was hoping to be a biweekly cleaning since im disabled. The woman on the phone said she'd be at my place by 2:30 p.m.
However she did sound as if she was having a conversation and maybe failed to hang up the other phone, im assuming and i was left under the impression that she was dropping off "dope" at her friends house by 5:00 p.m. and she told me that it was a family emergency that had just arose.
Im disappointed that my house didn't get cleaned but more-so relieved that it didnt get "cleaned out"

I have used Intex for 10 years or so. They do mainly carpet cleaning for the university campus where I oversee that type of work. Intex is great to work with and they do a good job. I've never had issues with theft or breakage by their staff. I can recommend them without hesitation. Intex has done some work on LVP floors recently. They also do restoration work after floods, fires, etc.
