I could not be happier with my new Black Diamond patio. From start to finish Stephanie, my designer and project manager, was on top of it. She was prompt and full of information from our first consultation. During the design process she always responded quickly to my questions or additional requests. We signed the contract and they started the project a few weeks later as promised. As the project progressed and things came up she worked with Alfredo, the installer, to make adjustments and adaptations. Stephanie came every few days to check on the progress. Alfredo’s crew were the hardest working group I have ever seen. They arrived each morning on time, worked non stop all day everyday to get the job done in the time promised. Working with Stephanie and Alfredo was effortless. As I said I could not be happier with my new patio. And now I can enjoy it as summer is right around the corner.

Our backyard was just a sand lot on a new construction home. We called upon Black Diamond to create, design, and landscape the backyard and garden (with irrigation system). Additionally, we asked Frances and her team to put it a fire pit, freestanding wall, and planter next to the garden. They exceeded our expectations! Frances and her team were very courteous, reliable, honest, and communicative. She helped us through every aspect of the project, from selecting low maintenance plants to choosing pattern and color for the cobblestone hardscape. Thank you Frances and your team...our dream backyard will be enjoyed tremendously for many, many, years to come.
