    They fixed my water heater the same day. They disnt have the parts and were willing to pick them up locally for no extra charge. I couldnt find the parts locally and had to drive to san diego to get them myself which inwas ok with as long as the water heater was repaired the same day. Once i informed them i had the parts it wasnt long before they messaged me that they will be there within an hour. He showed up faster than that, presented himself professionally and made a quick quote as to how much it would be. Locally owned and was an easy company to work with. I will be using them for any other plumming repairs in the future.

    I've now been a customer of Fix It Fast Fast for about two years ever since I had an emergency repair that needed to be dealt with in the dead of summer. When you get on their service contract, which is very reasonable not only do you get furnace & AC maintenance, but you truly get priority service & no-hassle emergency service after hours (and they waive the emergency fee for service contract customers!). As for the techs--Jaime has been to my house the most and he's prompt, respectful, able to explain any issues or problems to folks (like me) who don't have a clue how HVAC systems work. I've also had Jonathan come to my house to close out a repair Jaime recommended I needed. Appreciate that Jonathan was able to come because Jaime happened to be off that day. Both techs are great! Also very neat clean-up. You'd have no idea they were in the house :) I highly recommend Fix It Fast!

    Extremely expensive! PVC water line broke near the main entrance to the house, so was without water and desperate to fix it. They phone CSR and plumber were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They came the next day to fix it, and wasn't even considered and emergency. Where it goes south: They gave me two quotes, one for $700, and the other for nearly $1000. The difference was the thickness of the pipe and longer warranty. I had already dug out most of the area before the plumber arrived, and he replaced about a two foot section of PVC, a 90, and coupler from the PVC to the copper pipe. So about $20 in materials and about two hours of labor, and the the least I could pay for this was $700. I got ripped off because I was desperate, and was forced to pay it. I responded to the owners texting bot telling her to call me about it, and so far she never did. I can't recommend them, and won't be using them again.
