Sam and everyone who works for him are fantastic. They are professional, courteous and kind. They did a fantastic job and at a reasonable price. Fix It Fast Heating & Air has always been there when we needed it. The technicians arrive promptly and are always kind and courteous. We always get a fair price for the repairs needed. I couldn’t recommend them more for all of our AC and heating needs.

They fixed my water heater the same day. They disnt have the parts and were willing to pick them up locally for no extra charge. I couldnt find the parts locally and had to drive to san diego to get them myself which inwas ok with as long as the water heater was repaired the same day. Once i informed them i had the parts it wasnt long before they messaged me that they will be there within an hour. He showed up faster than that, presented himself professionally and made a quick quote as to how much it would be. Locally owned and was an easy company to work with. I will be using them for any other plumming repairs in the future.

I've now been a customer of Fix It Fast Fast for about two years ever since I had an emergency repair that needed to be dealt with in the dead of summer. When you get on their service contract, which is very reasonable not only do you get furnace & AC maintenance, but you truly get priority service & no-hassle emergency service after hours (and they waive the emergency fee for service contract customers!).

As for the techs--Jaime has been to my house the most and he's prompt, respectful, able to explain any issues or problems to folks (like me) who don't have a clue how HVAC systems work. I've also had Jonathan come to my house to close out a repair Jaime recommended I needed. Appreciate that Jonathan was able to come because Jaime happened to be off that day. Both techs are great! Also very neat clean-up. You'd have no idea they were in the house :) I highly recommend Fix It Fast!

Extremely expensive! PVC water line broke near the main entrance to the house, so was without water and desperate to fix it. They phone CSR and plumber were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They came the next day to fix it, and wasn't even considered and emergency. Where it goes south: They gave me two quotes, one for $700, and the other for nearly $1000. The difference was the thickness of the pipe and longer warranty. I had already dug out most of the area before the plumber arrived, and he replaced about a two foot section of PVC, a 90, and coupler from the PVC to the copper pipe. So about $20 in materials and about two hours of labor, and the the least I could pay for this was $700. I got ripped off because I was desperate, and was forced to pay it. I responded to the owners texting bot telling her to call me about it, and so far she never did. I can't recommend them, and won't be using them again.

I am very happy with the job. The crew was great. They were punctual and left my home clean at the end of the day. This is the first heating system I have ever had and it is truly a blessing.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. My husband and I have leaned on them for a series of services over the years, and no matter if it’s an emergency issue, a semi-annual maintenance visit or anticipating future out of warranty issues, Fix It Fast has exceeded our expectations. Each team member has been personable, kind, caring and knowledgeable. They’ve treated my home as if It were their own by wearing protective boot coverings to not track debris into my home and laid craft paper down the halls when replacing equipment. Most recently they replaced two air conditioning units. The team collectively worked well together. They were efficient with their time and even Sam, the President, stopped by a few times to insure everything was running smoothly and to answer any questions we had. We were confident Sam was truly looking out for the best interest of our family (and our bottom line) when recommending the AC units we ultimately chose. We consulted with another AC professional for a second opinion and received confirmation that Sam was steering us in the right direction. As a busy mother with young children, I have always felt safe and comfortable with this stellar team of professionals. A big thank you to Jose, David and Jaime for all of their hard work around my home. You three are the best of the best!

Jaime (and assistant) came in and replaced our old garbage disposal with one that we purchased and provided for the installation. He did a fantastic job and explained along the way what any possible issues could have been with the old one. He was highly professional and helpful. He explained the billing precisely and laid out the plans. I feel I didn’t go wrong at all in acquiring his services. They were in, did the installation, removed the old disposal, and were out within an hour’s time. highly recommend.

We first used Fix It Fast 18 months ago to restore our aging sewer system to full functionality. When our kitchen faucet started leaking last week, we called them again. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. They are complete professionals, providing accurate cost estimates and a comprehensive plan for repair. No one ever wants to call a plumber, but I feel confident that Fix It Fast will do quality work in a timely fashion and will minimize the inconvenience we experience. I am a 100 percent satisfied customer!

I have been doing business with Sam for about 9 years now. He and his crew are responsive when you call, they are professional, knowledgeable, and explain everything upfront. We have had a few major plumbing issues over the years, and Sam has always been available quickly & works tirelessly until the job is complete...even if something unforeseeable happens, he honors the original estimate until the job is done right. No one likes to have to call a plumber, but inevitably it happens, when it does I feel very confident that I am being treated fairly and being quoted reasonable prices for the work needed. Jose & the other technicians are friendly, and efficient, & do a great job of cleaning up when finished. I feel comfortable having them at my home, and around my family & pets.

Fix it Fast Plumbing was awesome!! Our hot water heater broke on a Sunday and my sincere thanks to Lynn for getting the technicians out right away on Monday. Jaime and Dave were very professional. They went above and beyond for us. Not only did they replace our hot water heater the same day, they were thoughtful enough to fill up buckets of excess water from the old water heater so I could water my garden. We are so happy we found Fix it Fast Plumbing and will definitely use their services again. Call them....they are great!!!

We have used Fix It Fast for the past several years. Sam and his entire team have always been very responsive to our needs. The team completed a major project including installation of a tankless water heater in a timely manner. They were efficient, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The team kept us informed of each step, cleaned up daily and treated our home as if it was their own. We highly recommend Fix It Fast for all your plumbing needs.

Senior citizen over 75 yrs. Called for service to replace hot and cold kitchen faucet cartridges that I purchased ahead of service at HD. My faucet had a drip and cartridges need changing. Pro was not sure if that would take care of the issue even though all the online info suggested that would fix the drip because the plastic washers wear out and dont allow a complete shutoff. I was quoted over $350 but received a discount to bring it to $318. 5 min of work to take 2 scees out and put in the two new cartridges. I timed it in my cell phone that was on the kitchen tile while he worked. I said 'is that it'?I could not believe I fell for their ethical scam of taking afvantage of customers. He of course had me sign a work order before he began. I am reporting them to the state contractors boatd along with county offices for their practices of scamming and falsifying labor involved. Do not use them! Do your homework first and even thoug I did, I fell for it!!'

Fix It Fast really came to me and my family’s rescue. Who knew that a plumber was needed for gas leak? Fix It Fast knew and understood the severity of the problem. They were able to work our house into their schedule and we passed all tests when the Gas Company retested a week later. Sam, Nate, and the crew were professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I wish all the companies I’ve worked with trying to get a house ready to sell were this honorable and a pleasure to work with!

Sam and his crew are very responsive, caring and professional. They did two heat pump water heaters for us and a heat pump HVAC system, and an ice maker box. Unlike other plumbers, who I’ve had to chase around to get to show up, Sam is just a phone call away and makes time for urgent issues no matter how busy he is. They tend to be pricey but, as Sam will tell you, they always stick to their quote no matter how much extra work they have to do if they run into trouble. It’s worth it! He’s a gem and we’re glad to know him.

Nate and David did an absolutely kick ass job and went above and beyond from start to finish. They stuck to their timeline despite some unforeseen challenges and were friendly and helpful throughout. They did an amazing job cleaning up two massive holes and the mess that ensued. I’m really happy with the work and highly recommend this company!! THANK YOU!!

Just moved into our new home, and of course, the AC gave out right as a heat wave hit. Fix It Fast was amazing! Scheduling was a breeze, the technician arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and had us back up and running quickly. Fair prices and couldn't be happier with the service. Everything about Fix It Fast was seamless. I was really impressed with the communication and scheduling. I had a heat pump water heater installed. It was a big job. The work was done well and completed in one long day. I received exceptional support the following day when Sam came by to program the unit. I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.
