    James is an absolute pleasure to work with!!! We recently had an addition done to our house that impacted our foundation and the backyard planning in unexpected ways. James was so helpful throughout the entire process. Our builders inadvertently cut the line to the sprinklers to our backyard. James came to our house on the same day I called to troubleshoot, as he was very sensitive to the potential for the small heat wave that could ruin our existing lawn and plants. Upon arrival at our house, James gave us a temporary solution to keep the sprinklers working as well as a long term fix once the construction was complete. James worked with the contractors directly which alleviated the stress of payment and scheduling of services. James also had to work with us for backyard solutions once the addition was completed. He was able to help us contract pavers to allow for a beautiful modern design that included a new pave design, a new drainage system, mulch, stones, and new plants. Once again, he showed up to our house with the pave designer to talk things through so that we could ask questions and talk about options and potential shortcomings. He is a great listener and is willing to offer his own take on what could be done to make things look really nice. The new configuration and design was a definite improvement from our outdated, weathered cement look and gave us more patio space and options to host outdoor backyard events. He was able to carefully work within the constraints of our budget as we were pretty maxed out after the addition remodel. James also had to relocate our sprinkler system and its main unit underground due to the relocation of a fence and walkway that he helped design. He also had to resod areas that were indirectly impacted by the remodel so that everything remained level. I did not have to do anything as he even programmed the water system in our garage to make sure the new sod would get enough water to root itself to the ground. He also informed us when to lower the water. Our next project once we get more funds is to add more color to our backyard as it is mostly green with plants and trees. James has already made some suggestions in different budget ranges to make this happen.
