Chaca General Contractors Inc. did a very complicated back yard patio project. It took very qualified skills in order to build due to working around leach lines. Mr Chaidez has professional crews specialized for each department such as plumbing, electrical, and other professionals in order to ensure the quality of his work is done correctly!

Tony and his guys were very good. He had all the right tools and men for the job. They demolished my single car driveway and installed a new double car driveway. Work area was always clean and finished on schedule. I look forward to having them do more work on my property.

Our a/c went out and my husband decided to fix it himself but couldn't find a parts place that would sell to homeowners. One of the parts places recommended R.C.I. Parts (which is part of Rivco Contracting). Chris, the owner, helped my husband to get the part we needed (through a company that wouldn't sell to homeowners) and we got the part. However, upon trying to finish the repair job, my husband was unable to remove the old fan from the old motor. He called Chris again and was told to take the whole unit back to the parts place to see if they could match it and if they couldn't find a match, to call him back. Of course, they didn't have a match (our a/c unit is 25 years old) so I called Chris. He offered to meet me somewhere to see if he could pull the fan off the old motor. I met him at a location in Riverside and he was able to remove the fan from the motor with his puller tool in just a few minutes. He saved us time and money and we were able to get our a/c up and running again. He didn't have to do this and he did it without wanting any money. You just don't find people like that anymore. We will definitely keep him in mind when the time comes to replace our dinosaur of an a/c unit.

While costumer service can be a bit challenging, as sometimes there are rare associates available, I am very pleased with the store.
