Jesus Velez, of Cal Pacific, did an incomplete job at my rental property in Perris. Work simply involved replacing/repairing sprinklers. Not only did he fail to complete the job, he did not reconnect the automatic timer. Although he said he would return to finish the job, he never did. I had already paid him in full! I am very disappointed, to say the least.

I had a leaking sprinkler pipe in a couple of places,had another person come and try to fix it charged me,and didn't get it fixed.Leaf wise came and fixed it right the first time.

OMG! This guy is wonderful! He is very professional and very thorough. There to do lawn sprinkler repair, he found and repaired sprinkler heads that I didn't even know were there because they had been covered by grass for years. He is reasonably priced and actually saved me money by cleaning out a valve that I thought would have to be replaced. Everything works perfectly. Thanks Jovani. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Octavio Landscaping to do our yard. It needed so much work! Octavio and his team did a beautiful job.
He replaced our old sprinkler system, removed all our invasive weeds, removed all our grass which was taken over by weeds. Removed all our dead trees and plants. Our yard looks so beautiful now. .
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Octavio Landscaping to friends and family. My neighbors were so impressed that they will be hiring him and his team in the very near future.

I asked Octavio for a quote to redo my backyard lawn and asked on the off chance if he know a good concrete guy. Octavio also does concrete and showed me his portfolio. He was extremely fair priced and did a great job on my backyard lawn and concrete patio. He went out of his way to accommodate some of my last minute changes to the design. He's an honest and hardworking small operation and I can't recommend him enough.
