4 Months later the business is non-responsive! Stay Away not worth the price savings!

I got my pool replaster with the stone scape pebble. They where very professional. They came in and did a very beautiful job in 4 days. The pool was up and running again.

Very timely, professional and courteous. My carpet needed a lot of work and I was pleased with how fast they worked and how my carpet looked! Will definitely use again! Also, the price was most reasonable compared to local cleaners in my are which was an added plus!

Moreno Valley cleaners are very convenient & efficient. We are moving out of a 3bd apt, we stayed here for a year with 4 small children and a house dog. They removed all pet stains & odors, and all stains in general. Their prices were also reasonable. I would definitely recommend using this service

On Yelp, called in the morning and he fit us in with basically no notice. He showed up ON TIME, which is always a great sign in my book. My husband was ready to spend $$$ to replace the carpet, which had not been professionally cleaned in at least five years. The traffic areas were a mess, beverage spills in the front room were nasty. But Uriel and his wife Juana did such a great job, the carpet really looks like new. Plus they are just nice people. Highly recommend.

I called Uriel on Tuesday and he was here Thursday Morning he accommodated my schedule from late afternoon to early morning. Very professional fast and did a amazing job . I was very impressed one of my rooms was really dirty due to non cleaning and the pandemic hit which consist of a 3 year build up. I am very pleased and will definitely be referring him and his wife for myself as needed.

I recently bought a used car at the auction, and did not realize just how dirty the interior was. Once I did, I instantly regretted my purchase, extreme buyers remorse. So much dirt, grease, stains from pets and kids that accumulated over many years. I took it to a pricey detailing shop and the carpet was still covered in stains afterwards… people were suggesting for me to spend $500+ for other places with hopes that they might get it looking decent… but thank God I found this company instead.

Uriel and his wife are such nice people and they’re seriously the dream team. They came to my house when I got home from work, in the middle of peak traffic. And they went straight to work. He said it would take about 45 minutes but they worked on my car for double the time. That’s what it took. He went over everything multiple times, he absolutely would not give up until he got everything truly clean. These two have an absolute commitment to excellence, that special level of work ethic that’s extremely rare in the world, especially in these days. I’m so impressed and satisfied with the service I received and the miracle they pulled off, I’m on cloud nine. I wish I would’ve taken before pictures, but it was rather hard for me to look at without getting grossed out and getting depressed. I plan to update this review with pictures once I have better lighting.

Honestly my boyfriend said if they could get those stains out for that price… that’s unreal and he’d recommend them to everyone. That’s exactly what we’re doing.

I am very happy with the carpet cleaning service provided by Moreno Carpet Cleaners. Although there was a mix-up with my appt.,, when I contacted Uriel, he arrived within 10 minutes and cleaned the carpet on my staircase. It wasn't a big job, but Uriel and his wife, Juana were very professional. Many companies aren't willing to take on small jobs, but Moreno did. I will use them in the future to not only do my staircase, but also to clean my tile and grout. Great Job.

So glad we went with Uriel. We bought our house in 2003 and my dad may have done a couple bissell cleanings over the years but nothing was like the cleaning from Uriel. He was professional, very nice, punctual, and did an amazing job. Our biggest concern was our stairway and now it's lookin' brand new. He did our entire upstairs including 3 bedrooms, 1 bonus room area, a hallway, and the stairs for a great price. The after-smell was extemeley minimal and it was important that he used low VOC chemicals. We're very happy we chose them and we'll be referring him to our neighbors. Hire them!
