I was surprised to find my kitchen sink backed up from a clog and couldn't figure out what or where the issue was coming from. I called Nick and he was able to fit me in the same morning to help solve my problem. He we very communicative and easy to work with. The issue was a clog in the main water line. He and his associate were very clean and professional. Nick was thorough in explaining the why and how to prevent my issue from happening again. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Overall, it was a great experience after dealing with a horrible plumber in the past. Needless to say, I will be using Impact Plumbing for all future needs and recommending to my family and friends.
