Not only do they do great work, they communicate with you each evening letting you know what’s been accomplished and what the next steps are in the remodel; this eliminates unwanted surprises. In addition to providing quality craftsmanship, they provided great ideas and helped us pick out the right tiles and fixtures, all in a timely and professional manner. We did a full kitchen remodel with DRD Construction. From the very first meeting I had with Trevor at the house to discuss my wish list, to the estimation process with Ana and Tessa, to the design with Marianna and Taylor, and through the whole construction process with Dustin, it was the best experience I could have wished for! Every person I met and worked with was incredibly friendly, very professional, very approachable and answered every single question I had and dealt with all my concerns throughout the entire process. Using the CoConstruct app was amazing! I could see my financials, permits, daily calendar and daily job log from my Project Manager, Dustin. You get everything you pay for and more! Every trade that came through was very professional and very trustworthy. It was 2 1/2 months without a kitchen but the process was exciting and stress free!!! That’s unheard of and I will recommend this company to anyone who wants an all in one design/construction company because it all works so seamlessly together. Don’t waste time or money trying to do this with any other company! And thank you to Corbin , who brought me a Before and After photo book of my project on the 28 Day walkthrough after the kitchen was completed. Thank you, David and Gina for creating such a wonderful company together!!!!

We just finished our third project with DRD (an ADU) and it went incredibly smooth. Their project management and excellent communication is really their secret weapon in an industry full of companies that do either or both poorly. As always they stuck to their schedule to the day. All of the sub contractors used were consistently excellent and professional.

Excellent experience for buyers inspection. Sonny was thorough, professional, and skillfully managed the tricky dynamics with agents and seller. He made sure the final report for me as a buyer was practical, on point and completed at lightening speed. Would highly recommend.

Called to get a quote on some structural engineering calculations for my house. Spoke with Sunny he asked me to send him an email with photos and the current plans I has and he would call me back...It's been over 3 weeks I have emailed several times and have yet to get a response. Beware if you need something done in your lifetime do not call this company!

Mark and his team are undoubtedly the best in the business, and second to none. The attention to detail and best in class service, put them ahead of any other constructors/engineers in the market.

Sudarsan Vakul Srinivasan ("Sonny") did the foundation inspection for us in 2019/ 2020. He gave a very detail report (with photos) on the foundation, crawl space, flooring in 2 levels, etc. He explained to us very clearly about the house settling, hair line cracks over doors or windows, stucco cracks vs. structure cracks etc. He gave us ideas on when to do the checks again and how to plan if any fixes needed, price range for the fixes, etc. We definitely would go to Sonny only for any periodic checks for our house.
