Very easy to work with, we had issues with electric supply in our garage and I contact Safety First in the evening and we had technician visit 11am next day. They triaged the issue in less than a 30secs, where able to fix it on the spot. They even gave a discount on the service fee as it was a minor issues. One of the honest companies I worked with recently.

This is our second time with Safety First Electric. We had a partial rewire last year along with some new light fixtures/outlets inside and outside. This year, I decided I wanted some new ceiling fans, some upgraded bathroom fans along with a dedicated outside outlet for Christmas lights. Miguel A led the team that included Moises A, George E, Brian J and Christian R. They were very professional and let me know what was happening every step of the way. It was a great experience and will definitely use them again for any electrical needs.

I will give 10 stars if I can! I had a great experience with Safety First Electric Inc. It is a very hot day. Our air conditioner is not working! I called an AC company. They sent someone to check and told me it is not AC issue, but power issue and asked me to get someone to fix the power issue. So I called Safety First Electric Inc. the team(Mihret/Moises) came to the house on time and quickly identified the problem. One of the AC compressor is not functional. The other AC is back to operation with their magic hands! They are super professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! We are extremely happy with the service! Thanks Mihret and Moises! Chris came out to my home. He was very quick and efficient. He fixed my sub panel issue so it was safe for the evening and the next morning Mihret came and installed a brand new beautiful span panel!

Miguel and Christian did an amazing job fixing some faulty wiring in our 2 upstairs bedrooms. They were clean and very aware of protecting our belongings in the rooms while they worked. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Safety First Electric, we called because our panel had gone out ( i think) and the very next morning Chris was at our house. Chris is very personable and immediately we liked him and felt like he was family. Chris was very thorough and explained everything to us in terms we could understand. Chris really knows what he is talking about and wants to get the customer the best he can. He spent plenty of time with us to make sure we understood and answered all of our questions. He is truly a gem and this company is fabulous. We received a quote quickly and Chris even put up with my mom asking questions for days later. In fact I think my mom still calls him even though the panel has been replaced. We will definitely use safety first electric again and I highly recommend them to everyone. If you have an electric problem you need solved call them they've got this.

Had the pleasure of working/talking with Chris Roberts and he has the greatest customer service I experienced in a long time. He is very informative and explains everything that will be covered and conducted for the work that is needed. Anytime we had a question, he was quick to answer or quickly respond as time permitted. Would definitely recommend this company and would highly recommend asking to work with Chris!

Safety First Electric did an incredible job requiring my house and upgrading the sub panel. They even found, and corrected, sloppy work from a previous contractor (palm construction) that left a live, exposed wired in my house.

We had Safety First replace our circuit breaker box and they did a great job. Great communication from them as well. We just had the city come in to approve the work and we're all set. Very happy with the work. Will definitely call them for any future electrical work!

Jordan and his apprentice Brian came to switch out a light fixture that was in my dining room. They handled everything with great care and were so pleasant to talk to. Thank you for taking the time to make sure it looked perfect in the space.

We just had our house rewired by Safety First Electric. It was an easy process to schedule the work and the people in the office were helpful. We were really worried about the work thinking there would be quite a lot of drywall repairs. Jordan Lockett was the lead in charge of our project. Before starting, he walked us through the job and stressed that the work would be done with minimal repairs needed in the end. Each day Jordan let us know what he would be doing and the rooms affected. At the end of each day he reviewed the work, asked us to check out everything and answered all our questions. Jordan and his team covered the floors, furniture and any items on the walls. Some outlets were moved and some were added - we were asked exactly where they should go and that’s exactly what we got. We also had Jordan add recessed lights and added some ceiling fans. We got exactly what we wanted and are so happy with Jordan’s work. He and his team were kind, respectful, and they worked hard to get the job done on time. Jordan arranged for the drywall repair person and that too was completed to our satisfaction. Jordan was great, patiently answered all our questions, communicated the process for each day, and made sure everything was cleaned up every day. We’re very happy with the completed project!

Chris was able to explain the process of my panel replacement and provided me with our best option. He was courteous, on time and very helpful through out the upgrade. I’ve recommended him to all my friends and family thank you Chris!
