Called Henry multiple times and he had the crew out here next day. Henry also helped design my spa hookup, generator hookup, and lights throughout the backyard. I’ve used Henry and team at least three times since then and it’s everything you would expect. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with random Dad questions. Highly recommended.

Very great. I was having intermittent issues. CP&L immediately diagnosed as PG&E issue--ground squirrels feasted on my power supply connection to PG&E. Called utility and explained what needed fixing. Since then, other jobs including setting up generator access. Always respond quickly and arrive on time.

Last time I called Henry because I had accidentally cut a live wire and he sent someone to my home within the hour to ensure we remained safe. While addressing that issue his team also found another significant issue and scheduled me quickly to repair it. His team is always knowledgeable and professional.
