i really liked how easy it was to book my chimney sweep online. then elias showed up right on time—he was super friendly and answered all my questions about my fireplace. he even went the extra mile and found my fireplace manual, then emailed it to me. great experience from start to finish!

Raymond and Elias came out to our place in Mountain View and did a fantastic job sweeping our chimney. They showed up right on time, were friendly, and explained everything clearly. They even showed me pictures as they worked, which helped me understand what was going on. They fixed the draft problem with our chimney and found a quick fix for our electric fireplace too, all in under 45 minutes. The price was fair for such a helpful service, and they even cleaned the electric fireplace before leaving. I definitely recommend RSC Chimney Cleaning for anyone needing chimney work done.
