The team was easy to talk to, always keeping me updated about what was going on with my fireplace and chimney. Over time, I’ve had them do regular chimney cleanings as well as several repairs, including a complete rebuild of my chimney. Most recently, Hunter found some cracks inside the flue that could have led to serious problems, so he recommended a ceramic coating. I was really pleased with how well he explained everything and the care he took to make sure the chimney was safe and the job was done right. This year, when it was time for my annual chimney sweep, I specifically asked for Hunter again. He checked over all the major work from last year and made sure everything was still in great shape. Jude, a new team member, also worked on the job and did an excellent job cleaning the firebox. Hunter is truly outstanding, and I appreciate the high-quality, friendly service every time.
