Terrible Experience - Don't Waste Your Time

I wish I could give zero stars. What a disaster from start to finish.
So I booked them for a house cleaning at $95/hour, which already felt pretty steep, but whatever. At first they're like "yeah no problem, we can get you scheduled within 2 days!" Great, right? Wrong.

Then they call back - oh sorry, cleaner's out, how about 2 weeks from now? Then it changes again to 3 days.

The scheduling was a joke. They give you a 3-hour window when they might show up. Who has time to sit around for 3 hours waiting? They promise to give you a specific time the day before, but even then it's still an hour-long window.

But here's where it gets really ridiculous. Day of the cleaning, I miss a call from them. I call back literally 10 minutes later and they say everything's fine, no problem. Then a few hours later, another call - "oh the cleaner is out, so we can't come today. BUT if you want, we can send two cleaners and you just pay double!"
Are you kidding me??

What kind of business operates like this? Save yourself the money and frustration and go with literally any other cleaning service. There are tons in the area that actually know how to run a business.

Thank you for making my move out cleaning so easy, especially the shower cabin in the master bedroom! The team of two arrived on time at 9am and when they left at 12pm everything sparkled. Greatly appreciated.

I decided to get Merry Maids for my wife because with 3 kids, 2 dogs, and everything going on in our lives, she was completely overwhelmed. I try to help by cooking, but I’ll be honest—I make a mess of the kitchen.

Now we have Merry Maids come biweekly, and the difference is incredible. After the team comes, the kitchen sparkles, the floors have no grease on them, and the whole house is dust-free. The bathrooms—especially with 3 boys—are back under control.

There is no way we could keep up with it on our own without spending all night every weekday or all day Saturday cleaning. This has taken a huge weight off her shoulders and given us one less thing on our plate.

She is super happy, and that alone makes it worth it. The teams are fantastic, and they work with our busy schedule to make sure our home is ready for the new week.

I know it sounds cliché, but I can’t say enough good things about our Merry Maids.

They were reckless in how they used bleach in our bathroom damaged our bathroom mats which they did not replace or provide replacement value.

They did a fascinating job. They arrived on-time, cleaned everything really quick and asked no extra fees. My place was a huge mess and they transformed it into a shining clean place in two hours :)

They don't know how to do a quality job. If you point out the dirty spots, they become angry.
Stay away from them.

Jose and crew came in last minute last Saturday and did a fabulous job. I have an old "mud porch" which they cleaned as well as windows inside and out. Great attention to detail, on time and super efficient. I will be using them for future cleaning.

Stole supplies, make up, gold jewelry, expensive bags, several designer dresses and new designer shoes. Asked for payment in cash before I could notice and took off in a red truck filled to the brim with garbage bags full of items from my home. The wife “harmonica” seemed extremely nervous and was sweating buckets while I went through the house, but it was late and I was tired and I didn’t take it as seriously as I should have. They ignored specific instructions on which storage areas are not to be touched and basically stole everything of any value from those shelves. The guy, her husband and another female, I think daughter were hired to do the job and they will be hearing from the cops soon. Do not hire these miserable, pathetic excuse for human beings.

Jose and his wife are trustworthy, thoughtful and overall great team to work with. Jose has provided cleaning services for over 10 years now and I have never even thought of changing. Great work all around !! - AC

Jose and his team are very professional, reliable and consistent. They always show up right on time and get the job done fast. They are also really good about accommodating last minute requests. I definitely appreciate working with them.

They were able to handle a last minute request amazingly well. Really great value for the price and very, very trustworthy (while cleaning an empty apartment, they found some cash and instead of taking it (I wouldn't have noticed)) they returned it. Thorough and above and beyond what I expected - I will definitely be using them again!

Trustworthy and efficient cleaners. They go above and beyond what most services offer. Not only do they carefully clean baseboards, windows (very detailed), but they also do yard cleanup and care if you want. They do extra things for us at no extra cost, and they are flexible, kind and caring people to work with. They've made my life a lot easier. Highly recommend!

Jose and his wife did such a great job cleaning our house. Jose was very responsive, showed up on time, agreed to customize the cleaning according to our needs. He gave us a personalized quote by doing a quick inspection of our house. It was a pleasure working with them. I would definitely be reaching out to them again for cleaning services.

My review for Regional House Cleaning is long overdue. I've worked with Jose and his wife since 2014, in four different locations. They've helped me with regular standard cleaning, move in/out cleaning and deep cleaning requests. They never disappoint; their level of care and attention to detail is impeccable. Their pricing is fair and their service is impeccable. I respect their work ethic, honesty and dedication. I called them once to do a move in cleaning and Jose said he didn't want to waste my money because the house was pretty clean. I trust them wholeheartedly and never worry about my personal belongings, which is hard to find with regular house cleaners. Even during COVID, they're taking the necessary precautions to stay safe during this time.

I've worked with other house cleaners before who were abrasive, careless and less thorough. It really made me appreciate Jose and his wife so much more! Most cleaners in the area are so expensive and do a really poor job. Regional House Cleaning is one of the best there is so don't hesitate to call them! It feels really good to know I've been able to rely on them for so many years.

Jose and his wife did an amazing job cleaning our house - they were very professional, detailed, punctual and efficient in their cleaning and they went above and beyond in every aspect, and their pricing was reasonable as well. He did a walk-through of our house before giving us a quote and focused on the particular rooms we wanted cleaned most (kitchen and bathrooms) and did extra deep cleaning there. But in all our rooms, all surfaces in our house are now spotless. Our kitchen sink has never looked this good. We will definitely be working with them in the future and also recommend them to our friends.

I have been using Zambrano Tree Service for about 15+ years and I have never been anything but completely happy and impressed by Juan (who is a certified arborist) and his team's expertise and attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, kindness to and care for his clients and their varied gardens and landscaping. I have a beautiful Crepe Myrtle tree that blooms hot pink/lavender with a huge canopy. It did not bloom last spring/summer and might not have the year before. Yesterday, I pulled some small, twig-like branches that just broke off. I didn't see any green. I was afraid it was dying or in great distress. I love that tree. I texted Juan last Saturday morning I was so concerned that it needed attention asap and asked for his help. He replied in a little while and said he would be here in an hour! Per usual, he was right on time--around 11:20 on a Saturday morning -- and knew what to do. He showed me that the tree needed some help (a couple more strategically places drip lines, cleaning the weeds and other stuff around the roots, mulching, wood chips, etc.). But it was definitely not dying! He knew where to look for the nearly hidden green in the twig that had snapped. I was so relieved!
Juan came the following Tuesday to take care of my Crepe Myrtle tree. He was so careful in cleaning the weeds so as the keep the blooming marguerite daisies intact, put in the new drip lines, mulched, and set the wood chips so it looks beautiful. I know the tree will really bloom this summer. Juan also replaced the leaking components of my irrigation manifold system. While replacing them, he noticed that the underground pipes were corroded and he went off to home depot to get replacement pipes and took care of them, too. He didn't charge me extra for that. That was nice. There were a bunch of pavers that he had to move and he put them back very nicely and cleaned up everything. He did a really great job and worked hard all day. I am extremely happy and Juan is really good. Juan has done a lot of good work for me over these years and he has always been a real professional, has the best manners, explains everything so clearly, and gives you a really reasonable estimate that he abides by. He is an all-around gem. Hire him and his company.
