Want residential landscaping done…. this is da place!

Jenna is brilliant, creative and an expert at all things landscape. She’ll tell it like it is, which I appreciate. Her staff are also highly qualified and response time is very quick, competent and friendly.

Jenna has a keen artistic vision, and her entire team are true professionals and awesome (shout out to Courtney and Lyn). My wife and I cannot be happier about the landscaping work she did for us.

For years I searched for a professional team, at great expense, to help design both a beautiful front and backyard and I found that talent: Jenna Bayer Garden Design
Jenna’s ability to visualize, design and implement, at a “garden tour” level, were proven when she transformed my difficult-to-work-with yard that included a large oak tree, oak root fungus, site drainage issues and a large poodle with his own agenda. She took all those factors into consideration in designing an outdoor living space that continues to improve with time.
I speak with experience in saying that she and her team are A-level professionals. Beyond her ability to execute is the rare intangible known as taste. I care about beauty in the home and garden and am so grateful to have finally found the elusive talent that I always hoped was out there.

Jenna has designed multiple gardens for me over the last 22 years at different homes each time we moved. All of the gardens have been stunningly beautiful and lasted for years with plants that were blooming in every season. She most recently did a cottage garden for me in May of 2024 and I was blown away with how quickly and competently the whole project was done by everyone on her team. The garden is so gorgeous and neighbors and strangers both stop to tell me how beautiful it is.

Jeanna and her team have done a masterful job of transforming our backyard into a very special place where my wife and I can escape from the world or entertain all of our friends at once. What started out as a small project to add a water feature, turned into a complete remodel and to her credit, Jenna never pushed us to do more. We simply got inspired and Jenna helped us achieve our vision. I particularly enjoy our outdoor kitchen and being able to watch football Sunday afternoon while taking in the beautiful surroundings and sipping on a cocktail or two.

When Jenna did our yard 25 years ago, she had anything but the Midas touch. Every plant and tree she put in our yard has been a wrong fit for the yard and been in need of removal. They’re gone. It’s been a very expensive venture cleaning up after Jenna’s poor decisions.

We’re now hoping to remove the final plant that remains:

A tulip tree that she planted that has grown into a sap dumping nightmare that also causes a massive headache for our next door neighbors. It’s a huge tree that belongs on the East Coast with lots of space. Not in a smaller residential neighborhood. Any competent landscaper should have known that.

We’re having to fight the city to remove this tree, hence my frustration. I feel compelled to speak out!

One can’t help but wonder if Jenna really went to botany school. Her knowledge of shrubbery in hindsight appears to be elementary at best.

I worked with Jenna and Emily for my landscape design. Emily is very nice, responsive, and helpful. Jenna is brilliant, professional, and helpful in so many ways; she has been my go-to person for all kinds of plant and garden questions, and I really trust her.
I really appreciated their help along the entire project. I have just started to talk to contractors for installation and I will update the review after it's done.
This company is very resourceful; they help order plants (charged as an additional service), and they provide on-site management as well(charged as additional service). They are like a one-stop full service company, especially convenient for people who are flexible on budget and want to have peace of mind in quality.
