We recently had Polaris in to deep clean our tile floors. Night and Day difference! Every room look so much brighter. We thought the office floor was damaged since we couldn't get it clean, Polaris got it all up and the floor looks almost new.

We received a bid. When calling to schedule a lady could not answer us. They wanted to schedule a Saturday at 7am or a Thursday at 4:30 pm. We asked how long will it take and how many people will be working on our vacant 3,500 square foot building. She could not answer. Then we start getting texts from multiple numbers pushing us to pick one. We can’t do weekends or sit in car waiting until 9 pm. We got the bad vibe.. don’t do it and decided no! The lady called again this morning and we said no thank you and she says “ thank you for your time looser”! Un professional.
