Rosendo and the team at CleanServ aim to please. They have taken on all sorts of special request cleanings for us, from window washing to caring for a historic house. Although Covid 19 has presented challenges, CleanServ has been a reliable partner with us through this crisis.

We have used CleanServ for many years (20+) at our Child Development Center in Sunnyvale. Our assigned Janitor, Jose Duran is an excellent custodian. Always on time, never absent and does an excellent job cleaning our eight classrooms for Infants through Fifth Graders. During Covid we also used CleanServe Disinfecting and Fogging service as we have had several COVID exposures and had to conduct serious cleaning and decontamination of the classrooms.

If you are looking for commercial janitorial services, CleanServ Universal is the best. I have known CleanServ since last two years. Rosendo is such an amazing leader leading the team, maintaining client relationships in a proficient way. Their Covid cleaning activities are extremely beneficial. Their staff is responsible, punctual and does an excellent work. Very impressive! I would strongly recommend CleanServ for commercial janitorial services.

Ivan from SLON is very responsive. Process was quick and easy. Ivan scheduled a tech to come out and look at our property. Oleg (sp?) came out and we walked around the house and discussed their services. I wanted a company that would NOT be using chemicals as we have a pet. SLON doesn’t use chemicals - just water, pressure and heat. The team arrived on time and were very professional. I would highly recommend SLON to any homeowner looking for exterior cleaning services.

I needed a quick solution to neglected gutters and Slon was on it! Easy and quick bid. I live in Portland and property is on the peninsula. Slon's technician sent me detailed photos of the now-pristine gutters! Great stuff.

Although Slon does high quality power washing, they are very expensive. This was my second time using them but next time I would shop around. Diamond’s does windows and are certified in power washing at a more reasonable price.

Team were willing to accommodate a last minute booking. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly, did a wonderful job with some very dirty concrete, aggregate paths and retaining walls. Would definitely use again.
